How do you introduce yourself and profession?
Shani Shelene: I am a very outgoing, friendly individual along with me being a hard worker and always wanting to push to be better taking tips and advice on board pushing me to be the best I can be. I am also bubbly and always carry a smile no matter the situation I always focus on the positive side of things. Childhood to Adulthood – How was the transition from your childhood into adulthood/teenage and what good and bad things you remember?
Shani Shelene: During my childhood I also carried out some small modelling shoots for gazettes just as a starter.As a child I loved doing sports and a variety of activities always being on the go. During my transition from a child to a teenager, I’ve always had a passion for photography which why I then studied Art and Photography to enhance my skills at photography the positioning of the objects etc. Teenage years I faced domestic violence which was a downfall to be I lost so much confidence but the great thing is I’ve escaped it and pushed above and beyond to where I am now with more confidence than ever before.
Struggle – What hardships you faced during your life?
Shani Shelene: A year ago my Grandma passed away it was such a big thing to me as she meant so much to me. My Grandma was like the replacement of my dad, proving me and my sibling with anything and everything to assist my mother. Throughout my teenage years I cared for her until my last days with the support of families help to.
Things that people usually don’t know about you?
Shani Shelene: Not much people would know I’m a twin as our jobs roles are completely different as I’m very active she prefers to do office type work not a lot of people recognise that I work hard in silence rather than talking about the progression I just keep pushing to be the best I can be and achieve above and beyond. I believe actions speak louder than words.
What makes you unique from your competitors in the industry and life?
Shani Shelene: I’m very unique as I embrace my natural beauty as well as the makeup side of things.I see fashion as a opportunity to cherish the diversity of the different ranges of styles and fashions that are open to us. I’m always willing to try new things whilst being very committed to not let things push me down I always strive to try again.
What are the major Upcoming Events & Unforgettable Moments or products/services that you want to promote/inform our readers about?
Shani Shelene: I’m very keen to model a mixture of different brands particularly In my opinion my current trend that I’d turn to would be something the brands in Selfridges as they have such a wide selection allowing me to have the ability to wear all different styles like smart, sporty, casual, retro etc.
What are your diet preferences, physical appearance, sizes and measurements?
My diet preference is that I highly like sweet foods and I love trying all different cultural foods luckily I do no have any allergies which affect my diet.I’m a petit 5’0 ft black white Caribbean with curly/afro brown hair with brown eyes. My weight is 56kg, I’m dress size 8 and have a shoe size of UK4, Waist 33inches, Bust 36 inches.
What Expert Advice would you like to share with the readers about professional and social field of life?
Shani Shelene: Personally I advise from past photoshoots you should always be yourself show plenty of energy and confidence throughout. Besides my experience I believe within the modelling industry you should always withhold a true passion for this sector to progress showing dedication always makes you strive, persistency and commitment is a huge part of the progression if you’re willing to put in the effort to a achieve you shall always push to reach above limits.
