Emma Hockenhull was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and here is the Q&A we had with Emma.
Emma Hockenhull As Cover Story Interview – May 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I am a mum of three girls, a business owner, and someone deeply passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping women become the strongest version of themselves. I run my own cleaning business while balancing motherhood, training, and creating content around health, high protein meals, and lifestyle. My journey has been about rebuilding myself mentally and physically, and I love inspiring other women to realise they can completely transform their lives no matter what they’ve been through.
Struggle “ What hardships have you gone through in life?
I’ve been through some really difficult chapters in life, including mental abuse, struggling with my mental health, and raising children as a single parent. There were times where I felt exhausted emotionally, physically, and financially, but those experiences shaped me into the person I am today. Becoming a mother at a young age taught me resilience very quickly. Instead of letting hard times define me negatively, I used them as motivation to become stronger, healthier, more independent, and more focused on building a better future for myself and my daughters.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often assume that because I’m into fitness and social media that everything has always come naturally to me, but behind the scenes I’ve had to rebuild my confidence from scratch. I’ve struggled with self worth, burnout, and balancing motherhood with personal goals. I’m also a lot more driven and disciplined than people realise. Between running a business, raising three children, training, and now creating content, there’s a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes every single day.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my authenticity. I don’t try to pretend my life is perfect. I openly share the reality of motherhood, business, fitness, and healing while still pushing myself to grow. I think a lot of women relate to me because I’m proof that you can go through difficult situations and still build confidence, strength, and success afterward. I also genuinely love motivating other women to prioritise themselves without guilt.
What are your upcoming major events?
Right now, I’m focused on growing my brand online and expanding my content creation. I’m also continuing my fitness journey with the goal of building a wellness style physique while helping other women learn how to train and eat in a realistic, sustainable way. Alongside that, I’m working on expanding my business and creating more opportunities for myself and my daughters.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Never underestimate what consistency can do. You don’t need to completely change your life overnight, small habits repeated daily can transform everything. Whether it’s fitness, business, motherhood, or healing mentally, the key is showing up even on the days you don’t feel motivated. I’d also tell women not to lose themselves while taking care of everyone else. Prioritising your health, confidence, and happiness is not selfish..it’s necessary.
