Patricia Delinois As Cover Story Interview – May 2026 Magazine Edition
Introduction:
Patricia Delinois is a Member Master Brokers Forum, Top 1 % of Realtors, TV Real Estate Expert, Best-Selling Author, National Real Estate Speaker email for booking availability, TRC, Propy Certified Crypto Agent, CDPE, NDFA, CIN Commercial, CSES Certified Sports & Entertainment Specialist -2012 President Miami Assoc.
What hardships and challenges have shaped your journey?
I entered the world of real estate at just 18 years old during one of the most challenging periods in Miami’s history. Interest rates were between 13 and 18 percent, and the city was still recovering from the chaotic “Cocaine Cowboys” era. There were no mentors guiding me, no roadmap to success — only determination and persistence.
I made many mistakes along the way, but each one became a lesson. I still remember my very first listing. It turned out to belong to a drug lord who simply handed me a beeper and disappeared. At the time, nothing about the business was glamorous or easy. I held over 200 open houses just to sell a single property.
Those experiences taught me resilience, discipline, and the true value of hard work. Over the years, I gained an incredible education through real-life experience. Because I never had a mentor myself, I became passionate about mentoring and supporting new agents entering the industry.
Today, we have four offices in prime Miami locations, with our flagship office located in the financial district on Brickell Avenue. We were honored to be voted Miami’s Favorite Real Estate Company two years in a row — not necessarily because we were the largest, but because of our commitment to community involvement and giving back. Our clients have become lifelong friends, and that means more to me than any sales award ever could.
What is something people may not know about you?
Many people know me through real estate and business, but what they often don’t realize is that I’m also an artist.
In my limited free time, I find peace and inspiration through creating large-scale paintings and digital artwork. Art has been part of my life since I was four years old, inspired by my mother, who was also an artist.
Creativity has always influenced everything I do. Whether it’s real estate, branding, media, or filmmaking, I bring an artistic perspective into every project I touch.
What sets you apart from others?
I strongly believe in living with purpose. Success means very little if you are not using your platform to make a positive impact on the world.
One cause that is deeply important to me is bringing awareness to the global crisis of human trafficking — a devastating industry estimated to generate more than $200 billion annually. My mission is to help save lives and give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves.
Media has the power to educate millions of people, which is why I immediately connected with the vision behind Sisters of Vengeance. When the talented writer and director George Monteiro approached me about joining the project, I knew it was something truly special.
The story takes a completely different approach to addressing human trafficking. Instead of creating a traditional documentary or heavy drama, George crafted a dark comedy thriller that is edgy, emotional, entertaining, and impactful all at once. Through music, dance, suspense, and powerful storytelling, the film reaches audiences who might never otherwise engage with this topic.
Sisters of Vengeance follows Layla Cassardi, a woman sold into sex slavery as a child who escapes her past and joins forces with a team of survivors to dismantle an international trafficking ring.
This project is far more than entertainment — it is a mission. Our goal is to inspire awareness, action, and global conversations that can ultimately help protect future generations.
Human trafficking remains one of the fastest-growing and most hidden crimes in the world. It thrives on silence and invisibility. Some of the most widely cited estimates reveal:
• 50 million people are living in modern slavery worldwide
• 27.6 million are trapped in forced labor
• Forced labor generates approximately $236 billion annually in illegal profits
Behind every number is a human life, and I refuse to let those lives become forgotten statistics.
What major projects and events are coming up for you?
I’m currently preparing to attend the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival, where Sisters of Vengeance is being recognized with two prestigious honors: an Official Selection at the Next Step Cannes Film Festival and a Finalist Award at the World Film Festival in Cannes.
Our short film has already received more than 35 official selections, nominations, and awards internationally, which has been incredibly humbling.
We are now completing production on both the feature film and the vertical micro-drama series for Sisters of Vengeance.
I will be attending Cannes alongside Dana Vargova to promote the project. The feature film stars Kevin Sorbo, Patricia Delinois, Everlayn Borges, and Dana Vargova, and is written and directed by award-winning filmmaker George Monteiro.
The mission behind the film remains simple but powerful: helping stop human trafficking and protecting lives through awareness and action.
What expert advice would you like to share?
No matter what happens in life — never give up.
I have always believed that persistence eventually wears down resistance. Challenges are temporary, but perseverance creates lasting success.
Can you share your social media platforms and background?
I was born in Montreal, Canada, and I speak French, Spanish, and English. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an ambassador to the Miami Realtor Association’s international organizations and partnerships.
I was also an early believer in the importance of technology and social media within real estate. Over time, I became known as the “Miami Tech Queen” and built a global social media audience of more than two million followers across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Some of my social media accounts include:

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with high-net-worth individuals, celebrity clients, and a network of more than 75,000 investors worldwide. I believe clients appreciate professionalism, discretion, high standards, and genuine relationships.
How did you become a bestselling author?
I was invited to contribute and co-author books created to support nonprofit organizations and help inspire young entrepreneurs.
That journey gave me the opportunity to collaborate with incredible individuals, including Brian Tracy and the legendary Larry King, both in publishing and behind-the-scenes production work. It was an experience that reinforced my belief in education, mentorship, and giving back through knowledge.
