Tina Kailea As Cover Story Interview – May 2025 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I usually introduce myself as an Unapologetic Wild Woman and I actually put that on my business card as my title — it’s a great conversation starter. I’m an award-winning feminine embodiment coach, multiple bestselling author, and a mentor for women building soulful businesses. Others know me best as the founder of The Femmepreneur Pathfinder and The Wild Executive. My mission? To help high-performing women realign themselves from burnout, reconnect with their feminine essence, and tell the stories that will define their legacies — in business, in writing, and in the way they live. I’m here to help women stop performing and start showing up as who they truly are.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I hit rock bottom a decade ago. I’ve lived through the depths of corporate burnout with adrenal fatigue, anxiety, depression and sadly multiple miscarriages.I had lost myself in constant people-pleasing paired with a narcissistic boss and swallowed my voice in rooms where being “too much” wasn’t safe. At one point, I felt so detached from my purpose and my body that I barely recognized the woman in the mirror. That breakdown led to my breakthrough. Through deep inner work and unapologetic self-reclamation, I turned that pain into power — and now I walk with others as they do the same. My book “Corporate Rewilding – A Wild Woman’s Guide to Reclaiming Your Feminine Power” takes the reader on that journey.
What do people usually not know about you?
Most people see the bold version of me today, but I wasn’t always like this. I used to shrink back in meetings, second-guess my instincts, and let fear make my choices. And while I’m all about results and strategy, there’s also a deeply spiritual side to me — one that honors rituals, ancestral guidance, and the rhythms of the feminine. I blend soul with structure.
I’m also a beekeeper & certified apiculturist, hold a 1st dan black belt in karate and love horses.
What sets you apart from others?
I don’t do one-size-fits-all coaching or chase surface-level wins. My work digs into the stories held in the body, the old beliefs running the show, and the truth women are often scared to speak. I mix strategic thinking with spiritual depth and real-world experience.
I’ve built a brand that’s grounded in truth, not trends — and women feel that. They come to me when they’re ready to stop pretending and finally live fully. Holding safe space is my superpower.
What are your upcoming major events?
My next book called, F*CK Menopause: How to Be a Badass in Midlife and Embrace Your Feminine Fire, comes out later this year. I’m also co-leading monthly Wild & Wise Women’s Menopause Circles starting mid-May, and we’re gearing up for our Magical Menopause Reset Retreat in Mexico this September. Later this year, I’ll be speaking in Kenya with my business partner as part of the SHE’s LIT launch tour — it’s a movement shifting the narrative for women in leadership designed to ne FIERCE, daring to play a bigger game globally.
What expert advice would you like to give?
You don’t have to morph into someone else to make it. Learn to be disliked and stop comparing yourself. Real success starts when you begin peeling off the layers of who the world told you to be. Be bold & unapologetic.
Start where you are. Lead with your lived experience. The world doesn’t need another curated version of you — it needs your raw truth, your wisdom, and your full presence.
