In a fitness landscape crowded with fleeting plans and surface-level fixes, Sarah Killeen emerges as a rare force of lasting transformation. Founder of Sculpt with Sarah K and The House of Sculpt, she guides ambitious women over 35 beyond fat loss, strength training and nutrition into the deeper work of becoming the woman who sustains her results for life. A mother of three who spent more than two decades trapped in her own stop-start cycle despite qualifying as a personal trainer, Sarah now coaches identity first—hands-on, personal and uncompromising—proving that true change begins not with another programme, but with who you decide to be. As she launches her free Sculpt Her 5 Day Challenge and expands The House of Sculpt into a full tiered platform, she sits down exclusively with TheCelebrity.Online for a conversation on reinvention, resilience and the quiet power of becoming her now.
Here is the Q&A session we had with Sarah Killeen.
Sarah Killeen As Cover Story Interview – August 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Sarah, founder of Sculpt with Sarah K and The House of Sculpt – I coach ambitious women 35+ through fat loss, strength training, and nutrition, but the real work is helping them become the woman who actually keeps her results, not just gets them. I’m also a mum of three – L my eldest just started his own recruitment company in the States, my middle son is off travelling the world, and my daughter’s 17.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Honestly, my biggest one is one I talk about a lot in my content – I spent over 20 years in a stop-start cycle with my own fitness, even after qualifying as a PT at 36. I knew everything technically, and I still couldn’t fix it for myself. It wasn’t until I stopped chasing another workout plan and actually changed who I was being that anything shifted. That’s the whole foundation of how I coach now.
What sets you apart from others?
I coach identity, not just macros. Most fitness content treats the workout or the food plan as the fix – I coach the woman underneath it, because if she doesn’t change who she’s being, no plan sticks. I’m also genuinely hands-on – voice notes, weekly personal check-ins – not just an app and a PDF.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m launching my free Sculpt Her 5 Day Challenge, starting Monday the 10th, and I’m building out The House of Sculpt – a full platform with tiered coaching, from a self-led membership through to group coaching and premium 1:1.
What expert advice would you like to give?
It’s not really about a new plan – it’s about identity. We work on changing your habits, but more than that, we work on becoming the version of you that you actually want to be, before you’ve “become her.” You start acting as her now, making the shifts now, so you build a lifestyle you don’t have to keep stopping and starting over. That’s what actually creates change that lasts.
