How do you introduce yourself?

My name is Parvina Ibragimova (DNP-BC), also known as the “NYC Lip Queen.” I’m a medical aesthetic provider, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Pari Med Spa with locations in Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York. I specialize in advanced lip enhancement techniques while focusing on natural beauty, facial harmony, and patient safety. My mission is to help women feel confident while combining medical knowledge with artistry.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

I came to the United States for education and had to work multiple jobs while building my future from the ground up. As a mother of four, balancing motherhood, nursing, school, and entrepreneurship was extremely challenging. There were many moments of exhaustion and self-doubt, but I stayed committed to creating a better life for my family and building a business that empowers women.

What do people usually not know about you?

Many people see the glamorous side of aesthetics online, but they don’t realize how much medical training, discipline, and responsibility goes into this career. I come from a healthcare background and truly care about patient safety and education. I’m also very family-oriented, and being a good mother and daughter is my greatest motivation.

What sets you apart from others?

What sets me apart is my combination of medical experience, artistry, and authenticity. I focus on enhancing natural beauty rather than overfilling or chasing trends. I also invest heavily in continued education and travel internationally to learn the latest techniques. Beyond treatments, I genuinely build relationships with my clients and mentor other women entering the industry.

What are your upcoming major events?

I’m continuing to expand Pari Med Spa and growing our educational programs for aspiring injectors. We also host beauty pop-up events across the country, including Miami, Boston, and other major cities. In addition, I’m working on expanding the brand presence in Brooklyn and continuing to develop advanced aesthetic training opportunities.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Never stop investing in yourself and your education. Success does not happen overnight, and consistency matters more than perfection. In aesthetics, always prioritize safety, ethics, and natural results. For women in business, don’t be afraid to take up space, trust your instincts, and build the life you truly want.
