Originally from Florida and raised in Virginia, she has spent the past decade working with horses while recently expanding into bartending and modeling. Overcoming a challenging family life and difficult relationships has strengthened her determination to embrace every opportunity that comes her way. With appearances scheduled for major competitions and fashion events, Matty continues to inspire others through her philosophy of living fully, unapologetically, and always saying “yes” to new possibilities.

How do you introduce yourself?

I am writing to introduce myself and share a bit about my background and upcoming projects. Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and raised in Suffolk, Virginia, I attended boarding schools in Maryland and Northern Virginia before studying agriculture at the University of Kentucky. For the past decade, I have worked professionally in dressage, and I have recently expanded my career into bartending and modeling.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

My journey has not been without its challenges. Overcoming a complicated family life and difficult relationships has shaped me into the resilient person I am today. These experiences have taught me to deeply respect and appreciate everything I have achieved.

What sets you apart from others?

What sets me apart is my commitment to staying true to myself in every situation—and you can almost always find me dancing, whether I am at a shoot, at work, or just enjoying life.

What are your upcoming major events?

I have several exciting events on the horizon, including:

  • The Prelim bikini competition in West Palm Beach for Swimsuit USA International.
  • Representing Kentucky in the Miss Princess America pageant.
  • Participating in Orlando Swim Week and Vegas Swim Week.

What expert advice would you like to give?

My philosophy is to live life fully and unapologetically. I believe in saying “yes” to new opportunities, as they often lead to experiences and doors you might never have imagined.
