How do you introduce yourself?

Madame Kelly: Madame Kelly, hotelier, lover of all things beautiful. Those who know me describe me as a bubbly, positive lady who loves to laugh and enjoy the moment.

How was your transition from childhood to adulthood and what are the bad and good things you remember?

Madame Kelly: As a child Iwas raised by protective parents who raised me safe in a bubble, so academically I excelled in university up to Msc degree level with a first class and was elected class representative. So as an adult I always say there is nothing wrong in living in a bubble your whole life, only downfall is when you grow up you learn a whole chapter navigating broken people, narcists and all these characters in place of work business and journey of life you cant avoid them.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

Madame Kelly: Loss of my mother to pancreatic cancer was hardest hardship saying goodbye to a loved on within months.

What do people usually not know about you?

Madame Kelly: I make them laugh and spread my positive vibes, they always say if a career in hospitality doesn’t work I should be a standup comedian.

What sets you apart from your competitors in the industry and in life?

Madame Kelly: My people skills, not everyone has the skill to relate with people from all walks of life. You can feed me to lions in the cave and I will walk out hand in hand, side by side with the lions.

What are your upcoming major events?

Madame Kelly: My instagram reviews as a hotelier reviewing hotels and restaurants

. Who better to review than an industry person.

What are your food preferences and body measurements?

Madame Kelly: I love creativity of flavours, infusions and service. It’s always the service on how it was packaged , presented and delivered. It can be a basic Caesar salad but with right presentation and delivery can rank you number one supplier in Caesar salad provider in you your region.

Your love life, relationships and family?

Madame Kelly: I am happily married to a German and that’s my new home and I speak basic German.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Madame Kelly: Location, location and presentation is key don’t take it for granted when marketing your brand.
