My name is Emil Osmanovic, professionally known as Emil Montenegro. I am a fashion model, painter and manager in tourism.

How was your Childhood to Adulthood transition?

I had a happy idyllic childhood centered around my family and my pets, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and dogs. The animals were my friends. My athletic interests were swimming and practicing karate. My artistic talent was recognized while in grammar school and I dabbled in doing oil paintings even now. I studied tourism and marketing at university. After winning a “Mr Montenegro”contest, I was invited to Milan and Paris by model agencies and started my international modeling career. My most significant transition has been recently moving from Europe to USA . For me ,a dream come true . I feel free of the strictures of my small Balkan country. This is where I belong.

Struggle- What hardships have you gone through in life?

I can not say that i struggled in any period of life. 4. I look very serious and stern in photographs but I’m very fun person.

What sets you apart from others?

I’m very comfortable with myself. I do not compare myself with other people in the industry.

What are your upcoming major events?

I want to explore more of my artistic interest such as acting, painting , modeling and music.

Your Food Habits?

I try to eat very healthy. My taste leans toward italian food.

What expert advice would you like to give?

To be successful, a young person needs to have talent, persistence, a good work ethic, and discipline. They must always keep up with the times. Sometimes persistence is more important than talent. Persistent people with a little talent can be successful, but talented people without persistence will not succeed.

Your social media handles and web links?

My responsibility on social networks is big because I am also followed by younger people … high school students. I’m one of their role models and their idol. My mission is to show them that they can do anything they want if they stay on track with desire and hard work. My Instagram is very positive. In everyday life there is a lot of stress and negative energy. I do not want to add to negativity. Positive energy is my message.
