Deana Mollé As Cover Story Interview – September 2026 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

I’m Deana Mollé—an actress, producer, entrepreneur, and reality television personality. Many people know me from Container Wars, but there is so much more to my story than what people have seen on television.

I’m the founder of DeanaLand Productions, where I create films and television projects with purpose. I’m also the creator and producer of Billboards Inc., which takes viewers behind the scenes of the billboard business and the people, stories, and communities connected to it.

At the heart of everything I do is faith. God is my foundation, and I believe the platforms we’re given are meant to be used for something greater than ourselves.

Struggle — What hardships have you gone through in life?

I’ve gone through seasons in my life where I had to learn how to keep moving forward when things didn’t happen the way I expected them to.

I’ve experienced disappointment, setbacks, people who didn’t follow through, and moments where I had to rebuild and figure things out for myself. Being in entertainment and business can also be very challenging because you’re constantly being told “no,” or having people question whether your vision is possible.

But I’ve learned that sometimes the struggle is part of the preparation.

I don’t look at those experiences as something that broke me. I look at them as things that built me. My faith has taught me that God can take the very things you thought were setbacks and use them as part of your testimony.

I’m still growing, still learning, and still becoming—but I’m grateful for every chapter.

What do people usually not know about you?

People see the actress, the producer, the reality TV personality and the entrepreneur, but they don’t always see the woman behind all of that.

I’m actually very passionate about people and community. I care deeply about creating opportunities for other people, especially independent filmmakers, small businesses, and people who may not always have access to traditional Hollywood opportunities.

I’m also a lot more sentimental than people probably realize. I hold onto memories, relationships, and the people who have been part of my journey.

And something else people may not know is how much Dolly Parton has inspired me throughout my life. When I was eight years old, I dressed as Dolly for a Catholic school talent show and sang “9 to 5.” I ended up winning second place. That little girl had no idea that entertainment and storytelling would become such a major part of her life.

What sets you apart from others?

I think what sets me apart is that I’m not interested in simply creating something for attention. I want there to be purpose behind what I create.

I’ve been on both sides of entertainment—as talent and as a producer—and I understand what it means to build something from the ground up.

I’m also not afraid to create my own lane. If an opportunity doesn’t exist, sometimes you have to create it.

With DeanaLand Productions, my goal is to create projects with purpose. With Billboards Inc., I’m showing the reality behind the billboard—the business, the people, the behind-the-scenes moments, and the stories that happen along the way.

I believe authenticity is powerful. I don’t want to just look successful; I want to build something meaningful.

What are your upcoming major events?

Right now, one of my biggest focuses is production on Season 2 of Billboards Inc. We’re continuing to tell the real story behind the business while bringing viewers deeper into the people and experiences behind the billboards.

I’m also involved with the Miracle Makers International Film Festival and continuing to develop and support independent film projects through DeanaLand Productions.

There are also several upcoming opportunities involving film, television, marketing, live events, and billboard activations that I’m excited about.

I’m in a season where several different pieces are coming together, so I’m really looking forward to seeing where God takes everything next.

What expert advice would you like to give?

My biggest advice is: don’t wait for somebody else to give you permission to believe in your vision.

Learn your craft. Learn the business. Protect your name. Follow through. Build relationships, but don’t lose yourself trying to fit into somebody else’s idea of who you should be.

And understand that success doesn’t happen overnight. There are a lot of things happening behind the scenes before anyone sees the finished product.

Most importantly, stay grounded. For me, that means keeping God at the center of everything I do.

Your purpose may take you through some difficult seasons, but don’t let the struggle convince you that you’re not called to what you’re building.

Stay faithful to the vision, keep doing the work, and let your testimony speak for itself.
