How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Chris Wiggins, Pulitzer nominated host of The Weekly Shift podcaster, two time former Congressional candidate, small business owner, and HR professional.
What hardships have you gone through in life?
I was born with cerebral palsy, had three surgeries before age 5, all while living with a single mom who worked at Burger King. Wish I could say that was it, but I moved from Dallas to California after college in the middle of a recession and live out of my car for two and half months.
What do people usually not know about you?
I play the saxophone and was signed to an Agent for acting and modeling at 16.
What sets you apart from others?
It’s the curiosity, that has left me with a hunger for more. Knowing how to do things and how to be the best at them really comes wanting knowledge and skills.
What are your upcoming major events?
Due to a project I’m supporting, I’ll be witness a rocket launch up close and personal. I’ll also be at the Awards Shows this season.
What expert advice would you like to give?
When in doubt do it. Go hang out Shane invited, take that trip, buy that long awaited item, each moment is experience, and they serve to enrich the story of you.
