Michelle Jaquez (An Entrepreneur & Business Woman) was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and here is the Q&A session we had with Michelle.

How do you introduce yourself?
I am a woman who strong personality and sensitivity has made her who she is becoming. I am a mother first to my only son and I am all about building memories with my friends and family as much as possible. I go after my goals and dream with intensity and focus and life have taught me to rest and not give up.
What hardships did you face in your life?
Hardship’s have been plenty and even though we can focus on them, I have chosen to heal and move on. I rather tell you about the fact that thanks to them, I am the woman I am today, resilient, confident, and always going after the things that interest me most. I believe we can focus on the hardships or the lessons and I rather focus on the lesson, learned, heal, and move on. The more mature I am becoming though many will say I am wise beyond my years. Thanks to those hardships I’ve learned how to be more humble and that many times being the bigger person gets you farther ahead in life.
What do people usually not know about you?
Even though many can consider me the life of the party because of my personality, I am rather shy and I prefer towards be home with my family and working on whatever I have to do. I am also big on self care – walks in nature, massage, etc.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others – in terms of my brand I am trying to build products that bring quality value to the market, with great craftsmanship, and I am currently working on some of my pieces to be able to adapt one more size up. As a mean to bring variety to the market and also flexibility. Also while make it look elegant and versatile, where my ladies can use it throughout different facets of their lives without having to sacrifice comfort.
What are your upcoming major events?
Major events – I am trying to stay away from major events at the moment as I am working diligently in increasing my sales .
What would be your expert advice?
I don’t consider myself an expert in this field, as there is so much for me to keep learning as I go. As a fellow lady to other ladies, I do recommend that they get started working on the things that light up their world. I feel we get carried away by all the responsibilities we have, especially motherhood and we completely forget about our own goals and dreams.
I believe they are vital instruments in keeping us going and motivated, in spite of anything else we may have going on. Specifically to those of us that wear many hats. Also to be patient with themselves and understand that everyone has their timelines as long as we keep doing the work. Social media has made many people think that business (or anything these days) is easy or a quick fix but it is not. We must remain a student of our craft, patient, and keep doing work.
