How do you introduce yourself?
My name is Kiara Sampson. I’m a commercial model originally from Russia, currently working internationally. Modeling has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of brands and creatives, and I love being part of campaigns that tell a visual story. Beyond the camera, I’m passionate about self-expression, fitness, travel, and representing diversity in model industry.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Moving from Russia and building a modeling career in a highly competitive industry came with its challenges. From cultural adjustments to the pressure of maintaining confidence and identity in front of the camera, I’ve had to grow not just professionally but personally. There were times I doubted myself, but those moments taught me resilience, self-worth, and how important it is to believe in yourself.
What do people usually not know about you?
A lot of people are surprised to learn that I’m quite introverted. Modeling puts me in front of people and cameras all the time, but I truly enjoy quiet moments – reading, journaling, or spending time in nature. I also speak two languages, which has helped me connect with people across different cultures during my travels.
What sets you apart from others?
I think what sets me apart is my adaptability and depth. I bring emotional intelligence to my work – understanding what the brand or photographer wants and translating that through expression, movement, and energy. I see modeling not just as posing, but as a collaboration that brings emotion to life. Also, my journey across cultures has given me a unique worldview that I carry into every project.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m currently working on a few exciting brand campaigns that I can’t wait to share once they launch. I’m also planning to step into some lifestyle and wellness content creation, sharing more behind-the-scenes of my modeling life, travel, and personal routines.
What expert advice would you like to give?
To anyone entering the modeling industry: take care of your mindset as much as your appearance. Confidence, patience, and professionalism will take you far. Learn to handle rejection gracefully – it’s not always personal. And most importantly, stay authentic. Your uniqueness is your power.
