Venus Kardar As Cover Story Interview – September 2026 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

I’m Venus, an entrepreneur, mentor and business owner with a passion for health, personal freedom and building a life on your own terms. I’m probably best described as ambitious, outspoken and unapologetically direct. I believe in taking responsibility for the life you want and actually doing something about it.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

Years of being an overachiever eventually caught up with me. I went from constantly working, achieving and pushing myself to being practically bedridden for a year and a half. I had to sit back and watch the career, network and identity I had worked so hard to build slowly crumble.

The hardest part wasn’t only losing my health and energy, it was realizing how much of my self-worth I had attached to being productive and successful. Rebuilding myself forced me to rethink what success actually means to me. Today, I still have enormous ambition, but I’m much more intentional about what I’m building and why.

What do people usually not know about you?

What most people don’t know about me these days is that I’ve been a martial artist for most of my life. Karate was a huge part of who I was, and I spent years doing full-contact training. Eventually, my health forced me to stop, and I’ve had to take a much longer break from it than I ever imagined.

My knees have also taken quite a beating from all those years of karate, so I’ve experimented with Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which has been a little kinder to them. But karate will always be a part of me, and I really hope I’ll be able to return to it properly one day. I think a lot of the discipline and mentality people associate with me today was built on those mats.

What sets you apart from others?

Probably my no-bullshit mentality. I’m not someone who needs to feel motivated before I take action. If something needs to be done, I do it—even when I’m tired, uncomfortable, scared or simply don’t feel like it.

I’m also brutally honest, especially with the people I care about. I would rather tell someone something uncomfortable that might actually help them grow than tell them what they want to hear.

What are your upcoming major events?

Right now, I’m focused less on one major event and more on continuing to grow my business and community. This summer, I hosted an event for my team in Poland, where we came together for workshops, business development and strategy sessions designed to help everyone move their businesses forward. Creating more experiences like that and continuing to expand our international community is definitely something I want to do more of.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Stop overthinking everything and stop making decisions based on what other people might think of you.

You can waste years waiting until you feel ready, confident or certain. Most of the time, clarity comes from taking action—not from thinking about taking action. Do the thing, learn from it, adjust and keep moving. And accept that if you’re building a life that is genuinely yours, some people are going to misunderstand you. Let them.
