How do you introduce yourself?

I’m Tyrese Denson, founder of Balance and Health Co and a traveling celebrity TV personality. I work in collaboration with Kick Partners and Los Angeles talent management while negotiating celebrity contracts. My focus is on fashion, entertainment, wellness, acting, modeling, hosting, and building a lasting presence in the industry.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

One of the biggest hardships I faced was being scammed by a celebrity manager and PR team while trying to start my acting and modeling career. The experience cost me time, money, and trust. Another challenge has been finding genuine guidance and real industry connections. Despite these setbacks, I stayed focused on my purpose and continued moving forward.

What do people usually not know about you?

Most people don’t know that I spend a lot of my time helping others and making people smile, even when I don’t have opportunities myself. I believe in serving people now rather than waiting for success. Helping others and spreading positivity is a core part of who I am.

What sets you apart from others?

What sets me apart is my willingness to help others regardless of my own circumstances. Even with major opportunities ahead, I can walk down the street in worn slacks and still stop to help someone in need. I believe in serving people before success, not after it, and I strive to live with integrity, humility, and compassion every day.

What are your upcoming major events?

I have upcoming events in Los Angeles and New York, including Fashion Week activations, brand meetings, and content shoots connected to my work as a TV personality. I am also continuing to build Balance and Health Co while pursuing opportunities in acting, modeling, hosting, and storytelling.

All I want is wisdom from someone who’s been there. One lesson can change everything.

What expert advice would you like to give?

My advice is simple: never give up, even when you are treated unfairly or face difficult setbacks. Continue doing your part, keep working hard, and stay true to your values. Have faith that God sees your struggles and will provide. Your character and integrity when no one is watching are more important than any industry contract or opportunity.
