Terrie Huberman As Cover Story Interview – July 2026 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

I introduce myself as an intuition specialist and decision clarity mentor, typically by what I do for a living.

My clients are high-achieving, professional women who get easily overwhelmed and wobble in indecision, and they want to trust themselves.

My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and intuitive awareness.

I help them clear the outer noise so they can hear their inner voice, using science-backed energy-shifting techniques like heart coherence, which lead to confident decision-making and stepping off the emotional roller coaster.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

I come from a holocaust surviving family, so there is a lot of anxiety and fear of not being accepted or liked. Antisemitism is more rampant these days, but it’s always been in the back of my mind, and is something that has a big effect on my family and me.

What do people usually not know about you?

I’m first-generation American in my family.

What sets you apart from others?

I would have to say my sense of humor can be dark, and no one expects that from me, so I can surprise people in that way.

Also, I’m very pragmatic and practical in my approach to metaphysics and the esoteric world, and when most people hear about what I do, they automatically have an impression of me that isn’t true.

What are your upcoming major events?

I’d love to promote my book “Overcome Overthinking: 9-Steps For Indecisive Individuals To Reclaim Emotional Mastery, Gain Intuitive Clarity, And Access Your Inner Power To Make Confident Life Decisions,” which has been received well and has helped many Empaths with their sensitivities.

I’m also available to speak or collaborate with others.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Always ask questions to gain clarity. I always say that information is like medication for those who suffer from anxiety and overwhelm.
