Sheé Dueitt As Cover Story Interview – July 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
My name is Sheé Dueitt. I am an actress born in Mobile, Alabama and raised in Leakesville, Mississippi where there isn’t a stop light in the whole county.
I had the best childhood growing up with so much love and an incredible family that always supported me in anything I wanted to do. If I wasn’t cheerleading, I was singing, and later acting, which is where I found my true passion.
I was truly born to be an entertainer.
In high school, I won a ton of awards throughout the state and national levels for acting and public speaking, and I knew that I would be using my gifts one day.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, in Integrated Communications and also minored in Theatre.
Shortly after, I moved to Los Angeles, where I spent the next 16 years perfecting my craft.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I’ve gone through many hardships, having struggled with Bipolar Depression since my late 20s. It can truly be a debilitating disease, but through my strong faith in God, I’m able to withstand it. Probably my hardest struggle I’ve ever faced, though, was losing my father to suicide in May of 2025. He struggled with Bipolar Depression since his late 20s as well, and I’ve made it my mission in life to always be His voice. Mental Health is so, so important, so I speak openly about it often on my social media platforms.
What do people usually not know about you?
Something people usually don’t know about me is that I am the biggest thrill-seeker and adventurer there is! If there is a crazy roller coaster or ride that everyone is too afraid to get on, I’m already in line for it.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is my love for Jesus Christ. I would be nowhere without His love and mercy, and I want to share it with the world. His way is better than ours.
What are your upcoming major events?
Currently, I’ve started doing some voice over, which I’ve always wanted to get into as well. Last fall I was in the studio for that, and I have more coming soon! I’m also picking back up and teaching Yoga Sculpt again, which brings me so much joy and stability.
What expert advice would you like to give?
If I could give advice to anyone, it would always be to be exactly who you are, unapologetically. The right people will stick with you and forever love you. Don’t ever change. Be authentic. Know your worth. And never settle.
Your social media handles and website links?
These days, I am a new momma and I’ve been reunited with my Southern roots. I get to raise my little girl near the same places that built me, and I still get to act and share my gifts and my passions in life. I’m also always striving to raise awareness about Mental Health.
