How do you introduce yourself?
That’s always been a layered question for me. I’ve worn many hats—artist, producer, songwriter, real estate advisor, talent manager, and actor. My introduction often adapted depending on the room, because I’ve always been intentional about creating synergy and building something bigger than myself. But today, I lead with clarity: I’m a Entrepreneur!
What hardships have you gone through in life?
The real challenge has been the pursuit of constant evolution—striving every day to be better than I was yesterday. Life throws distractions, financial obligations, personal loss, and pressure at you constantly, especially in a high-stakes, high-cost city like L.A. where the competition is fierce. But pressure creates diamonds. My anchor has always been my “why”—my family. They’re the reason I stay grounded, stay sharp, and keep showing up, no matter what.
What do people usually not know about you?
Most people have no idea that I used to be a bilingual rapper known as Jonni Vegaz, with 7 albums under my belt in both English and Spanish. I’ve acted alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest names for major networks, and yes—I speak fluent Spanish and proudly represent my Dominican roots. I grew up in New York City, which shaped my hustle and grit. I also host the podcast “Sleep Is For Billionaires”, and I’m the author of two self-help books—“Sleep Is For Billionaires: If Billionaires Don’t Sleep, Why Should You?” and “NetworKING: Mastering Networking with Anxiety – A Guide for Introverts in Extroverted Roles.” Both available on Amazon.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is range and precision. I’ve mastered the ability to apply myself across multiple disciplines—film, music, business development, real estate—and still lead with value. But I also know how to focus. I’ve narrowed my scope to industries where my impact is proven, which allows me to operate with authority and deliver results for a niche clientele that values expertise, not just hype.
What are your upcoming major events?
Let’s just say—my calendar stays busy. I’m currently a business development consultant at SXP Capital, raising funds for a 74-unit luxury apartment project in Augusta, GA. I’m executive producing multiple film and TV projects with celebrity talent attached and in the capital raise phase. I also serve as a fund advisor for early-stage startups. In music, I am still songwriting and I’m brokering catalog sales and royalty advances for top-performing artists. I’m facilitating high-level brand partnerships—recently for Stiky Brand with major artists like Onyx, YoungBloodZ, Hardluck, Outlawz, and Chip Tha Ripper, and more. This is all about creating value across industries while staying aligned with culture and making deals happen.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Reinvention is your superpower. Don’t fear growth, even if it means becoming unrecognizable to your past self. Every level of success requires a new version of you. This isn’t just change—it’s strategic evolution. Embrace it. The most powerful people are the ones who adapt without losing who they are.
