Sean Tighe was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Sean.

How do you introduce yourself?
Names Sean Tighe love drumming and writing music and performing and blest to have toured the world globally throughout my teens and mid 20’s worked with my idols at an early age in my early 20’s tracking drums on Travis barkers kit in his studio calabasas from blink 182 and got to work and write with Joshua dun from twenty one pilots, Ashton Irwin , Pete wentz from fob and many more.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Hardship is having to cope with abuse from certain people in the industry / group I was in one moment was when I won’t say who broke my arm had to play a whole tour in Paris and Germany with one arm on drums – footage all the way down on my Insta of me performing with one arm in Germany I played my heart out with one arm to prove no matter how much they destroy me physically and mentally I can still perform show them what I’m made of Hardest thing was overcoming the abuse and creating what I have now built from my trauma on the road. Has lead me to get my idol Kellin Quinn on a song I wrote after that group called “set this place on fire” dream getting idol Kellin Quinn on that song featuring as he’s someone I toured with and became friends with on the road. Built two groups now “The Hype” which is Mitch Volcan and myself band duo where we toured across uk, and Australia and even USA recently with red jumpsuit apparatus was an amazing tour again many photos of the crowds posted on my Instagram. I then created midnight bass with my friend Matt Burd who’s a dj here In Australia where we play festivals every year drum and dj duo. So through all the trauma it’s created the magic acts I have now. Also losing my uncle recently was tough from cancer, I got to see him before he passed and after his passing i had a miracle dream where he visited me and some truth was told in a dream. He started to hug me in the dream and was singing in my right ear a beautiful Angel like vocal, I said Rob Meehan how did you learn to sing like that? He just responded “John Baptist” I didn’t know what he meant by that woke up from the dream ran downstairs checked my phone typed in “John Baptist” and all these images of John baptising Jesus Christ came up I instantly balled my eyes out because I knew he was sending me a message in that dream saying he’s watched over by angels up there and now he’s my angel truly powerful stuff sent shivers down my spine – I’m now a big believer in faith and after life.
What do people usually not know about you?
People usually don’t know that I love being at peace in my own zone doing things by myself and creating to make others feel empowered and inspired. I’m alive because I’m inspired by drummers i look up too and got the blessing to work with so I can only give back and keep creating magic content and help those in need to want to achieve something beautiful with there life as an inspiring musician, artist creator. Outside of my art craft and music and drumming I love the beaches Coffee and horror movies 28 weeks later is my favourite movie of all time haha.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from the others is my uniqueness, drive, determination, ambition, passion and intuition and aura, everyone has there own aura I am lucky enough to pick up on people’s aura’s spiritually from talking to them! Very spiritual person.
What are your upcoming major events?
Potential tours with “the hype” and with iconic artists I look up too soon & more festivals with “midnight bass” and so on.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Passion practice and play and always be yourself and don’t trust anyone be aware be sceptical of one’s surroundings open the third eye and be at one with the universe on what you ask, give and receive keep you’re antenna and minds eye open always you don’t know what’s around the corner.
