How do you introduce yourself?

Hi, I am Martha Boneta Fain.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was a decade-long battle to protect my family farm, Liberty Farm in Paris, Virginia. I bought a historic, run-down 1800s property with dreams of creating a working farm that honored its heritage and the American values of hard work and property rights. Almost immediately, I encountered relentless overregulation, hostile inspections, arbitrary fines (including a $15,000 penalty for hosting a child’s birthday party), and attempts to seize or undermine my property.

My fight, documented in the award-winning film Farming in Fear, tested my resilience deeply. It involved government overreach, local corruption, and significant personal and financial sacrifice. What kept me going was my faith in God, the support of family and friends, and a deep love for this country and the principle that property rights are foundational to freedom. I ultimately WON this  battle that led to the passage of two “Boneta Bills” nationally recognized laws named after me protecting farms and property owners.

I was recognized as one of America’s most amazing women, have been featured on TV, Radio and magazine covers all over the world.

This experience taught me to never ever give up.  Each and every individual has the power to create positive  change in the world.

What do people usually not know about you?

Many people see me in my public role as a policy advisor, commentator, speaker, or at glamorous events and might not realize how much I philanthropy I do. I sit on numerous boards and contribute my time and energy significantly to nonprofit foundations. Giving back to others in need is a huge part of my life.

People also may not know I’m a world  traveler and have visited over 100 countries. Traveling to so many countries changes the way I see the world. We are part of a magnificent, beautiful world with beautiful countries cultures, and people everywhere. I can’t wait to continue exploring and I have a very long list of countries yet to see. No matter what exotic port I visit in the world, there is nowhere I love more than being at home.

I am also a bio-hacker and deeply entrenched in wellness and longevity. I am an avid swimmer, snorkeler, kayaker, and fitness enthusiast.  I deeply value quiet time with family, my husband and miniature Australian LabradoodleJoey. My faith and family are the true anchors behind everything.

What sets you apart from others?

My unique blend of real-world experience—from battling for property rights on a working farm to earning a Juris Doctor, advising leaders, and traveling extensively—gives me a grounded, practical perspective on policy, freedom, and the American Dream. I’m unapologetic about standing for faith, family, liberty, and common sense. Whether it’s fighting overregulation, speaking on women’s health and longevity, or strategizing in government affairs, I bring authenticity, resilience, and a commitment to results that bridge everyday Americans with high-level decision-making. I’m also a fashionista who believes in living life fully and joyfully while defending core principles.

What are your upcoming major events?

I’m continuing to speak at conferences and events on policy, women’s health and longevity, property rights, and freedom-focused initiatives. I’m actively involved with Vote America First and Victory Coalition Strategies, and I look forward to more media appearances, international travel, and advocacy work. Stay tuned via my social channels for specific dates—there’s always something exciting on the horizon!

What expert advice would you like to give?

Work hard, stay rooted in faith and family, and never underestimate the power of perseverance and truth. The American Dream is real—if you’re willing to sacrifice, learn, and stand firm against obstacles. Protect your freedoms, especially property rights and the ability to build something meaningful. Get involved locally, speak up, and remember that small actions like holding leaders accountable, compound into big change. Stay optimistic, travel and learn from the world, but always come home to your values. And take care of your health—longevity and wellness start with daily choices!
