Kathleen Francesca was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with him.

How do you introduce yourself?

Kathleen Francesca: I am Kathleen Francesca, President of R3 Medical, Regen Suppliers and R3 Stem Cell. I am a partner of R3 Medical Training, R3 Anti Aging Med spa in Scottsdale and R3 Anti Aging Beverly Hills. I am also one of the owners of Bello Bio- Pakistan and Bello Bio USA and R3 Stem Cell Philippines. I am a Single Mother to an amazing 10-year-old Daughter, Valentina.

Childhood to Adulthood: How was your transition from childhood to adulthood and what are the bad and good things that you remember?

Kathleen Francesca: Transiting from childhood to adulthood was a bit of a challenge. I faced having 2 different cultures colliding in front of me. It was a battle of keeping true to my culture or seeking for my independence and allowing myself to grow. The traditional Filipino culture has always been a huge part of my life, but becoming a teen in the US with the desire for independence was challenging. I remember wanting to always follow my heart and pursue my dreams, which was never the typical route for teenage Filipina.

Wanting my independence and paving my own way came with a huge sacrifice of not being around my family at a young age, but it molded me to a strong and independent person that I am meant to be.

What hardships have you gone through in life?

Kathleen Francesca: Most of my hardships in life have been lessons and preparation for what I have in life now. There will never be regrets nor will I ever look at my hardships as a punishment or being a victim. I think the hardest thing that I had to go through in life was when my family was faced with financial challenges when my father became disabled and could no longer work at the same time that I became a single mom. I had to take on a role that I never thought I could ever do but I look at it as God’s way of showing me what is the most important thing in life, which is my family. If I didn’t go through that hardship, I wouldn’t have learned how to truly be strong and resilient.

What do people usually not know about you?

Kathleen Francesca: I am an Executive Producer on an upcoming TV series, and I am a partner of a Country Music Label, though I am still exploring country music and love for it.

What sets you apart from your competitors in the industry and in life?

Kathleen Francesca: I believe in allowing myself to grow each day by being a better version of who I was the day before. I keep things simple in life, I chose to be happy and not allow any anger or hatred lingering around my heart. Our R3 brand also has a very unique business model that sets us apart from other companies. Education is a huge mission of R3 and we do just that by educating our patients on how to have a better quality of life.

What are your upcoming major events?

Kathleen Francesca: We are set to open our R3 Anti-Aging Beverly Hills this coming July. I think this will be a true game changer for the R3 brand because of the ideas on how we would like to provide exclusivity to our clients.

What are your food preferences and physical attributes?

Kathleen Francesca: Not Answered.

Your love life, relationships and family?

Kathleen Francesca: Everyone who knows me knows that I am devoted to my family and that my daughter is and will always be the center of my Universe. I am very close to my mom and pretty much start and end my day Facetiming her and my daughter. My parents are very supportive, and we are almost together most of the time when I am not working. My Dad has been my perfect example of a good work ethic during his younger years, so I think I got my work ethic from him.

As a Single working Mom, I make sure that my daughter knows that she is the reason why I am very motivated, and I keep my priorities straight. We have a very close relationship, and She is a very smart human being and very talented. I constantly remind her how much she is loved by me and the people around her.

As far as my love life, I keep that very private, but I don’t believe in dating. I love the idea of meeting an individual, getting to know them as a friend, and if it’s meant to be something much more than a friendship, you allow it to grow and nurture it. I don’t like the idea of the pressure that comes with the term “dating”. I want to truly get to know someone on a deeper level and it’s hard to do that when an individual feels the need to show you only his good side. I want to know the bad, the ugly and the beauty.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Kathleen Francesca: Don’t ever lose sight of your bigger picture. You want something to happen, you pave the way and make it happen while you keep your integrity and respect for others. In my industry, it is super competitive, however, I don’t believe in competition when at the end of the day, we all just want to help people have a good quality of living.
