How do you introduce yourself?

Born and raised in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India I have been working in the Digital Marketing Industry for more than 15 years. During all these years, I have worked in various MNCs in cities like Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur. Then I came up with a Digital Marketing Start-Up. Also, started training people based on my knowledge, skills, and experience. Have trained thousands of career aspirants, professionals, and entrepreneurs so far.

Childhood to Adulthood – How was your transition from childhood to adulthood and what are the bad and good things you remember?

My Childhood to Adulthood Transition is a complete transformation. From a very timid and introverted girl, I have evolved into an outspoken, opinionated, and straightforward girl, from a people-pleaser to a self-lover. As a child, and also as a teenager, I was a girl with a lot of self-doubts, hesitations, and indecisions. But as an adult, I am now greatly confident who knows what to do and why to do it and can take complete responsibility for the things I do.

Every passing year in my adulthood has been giving me great self-realization. Like the layers of an onion, I am uncovering (recognizing) myself and my abilities one after another. I am a self-made and self-driven entrepreneur hailing from a service-class family but supported by many positive-minded people.
About Good and bad happenings – There have been a series of good and bad things that happened in my life. Somehow I don’t remember any of them much as I have taken the lessons that I had to take from them and moved on. Adulthood has taught me to be in the present moment and live it completely.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

As a family, we had gone through a lot of financial hardships till I got my first good-paying job. Later when I started my entrepreneurial journey, had again went through a series of different challenges and hardships.

Have learned a lot through all of them. They have made me the person I am today. I think I could see and understand life better and with profundity because of all the hardships that I have encountered.

What do people usually not know about you?

Things people usually don’t know about me are that I am a strong-headed girl, a go-getter, highly spiritual, a karma-believer, and an all-time learner.

What sets you apart from your competitors in the industry and in life?

In the Digital Marketing Industry – I stand apart from my competitors because of the number of years that I have been in the industry. It’s been 15+ years since I have been gaining knowledge and expertise in Digital Marketing. In Life – I think, I stand apart from the people in my surroundings due to my positive approach towards life’s happenings, my go-getter nature for whatever I want to do/achieve, and my attitude of taking complete responsibility for my life.

What are your upcoming major events?

Planning to come up with a discussion session on ‘Chaos in Digital Marketing World’ wherein a detailed discussion will happen on the misconceptions, limited knowledge, and non-verified information about and from the Digital Marketing Industry.

What are your food preferences and physical attributes?

I am a big Foodie! Like to experience, talk, and know about food anytime. I wish to savor every type of food and recipe available on the Earth.

About my physical attributes, I have an athletic body. I like to maintain it by keeping it fit, healthy, strong, and flexible rather than slim.

As a Digital Marketing Expert, would advise:

Digital Marketing Aspirants – To choose to pursue certification/ Training/ Degree Programs from reputed institutions that provide hands-on learning.

Consider gaining a good amount of experience as an Intern before applying for a job in Digital Marketing.
Digital Marketing Professionals – To keep watch on every development in the world of Digital Marketing. Find out factual information and knowledge about them and train yourself well in it. Continuous up-skilling is a must to sustain and grow successfully in the world of Digital Marketing.
Digital Marketing Certification/Training Providers – To provide updated knowledge and information to the learners and focus majorly on offering hands-on training. To create a practical-based curriculum and learning methodology.
