Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Like many entrepreneurs in Brazil, I started my journey facing limitations in resources, infrastructure, and access to opportunities.
The entertainment industry is one of the most competitive sectors in the world, requiring resilience, long-term vision, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
There were moments when I had to build credibility before having access to large structures or major investments around me. Early on, I learned that consistent results speak louder than promises and that reputation is the most valuable asset any professional can have.
Looking back, I understand that every challenge was not a barrier, but rather an essential step in building the professional I have become today.
What do people usually not know about you?
Many people know the events, the projects, and the public side of my work, but few truly understand the level of strategic planning behind every delivery.
I dedicate a significant amount of time to studying consumer behavior, the attention economy, brand positioning, and value creation. I have always viewed entertainment as an industry rather than simply art or leisure.
Another aspect that people often do not know is my commitment to mentoring and supporting professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs who want to build sustainable and professionally structured careers.
What sets you apart from others?
My greatest differentiator is my ability to identify opportunities where most people only see events or performances.
I do not work exclusively with music; I work with positioning, perceived value, and business development. I understand that artists are brands, events are platforms for connection, and audiences are among the most valuable assets in today’s economy.
My international experience, strategic vision, and ability to connect different markets allow me to operate with a broader perspective within the entertainment industry.
While many professionals focus solely on the next event, I focus on building legacies, strong brands, and projects that remain relevant over time.
What are your upcoming major events?
The coming months will bring a series of important projects involving music, entertainment, premium experiences, and brand activations in both Brazil and international markets.
We are developing new event formats, experiences connected to sports and music, and projects designed to support the international expansion of Brazilian entertainment.
At the same time, we continue to expand initiatives related to career strategy, executive production, and the development of artists and brands seeking to reach new audiences and markets.
My long-term vision is to strengthen international connections and contribute to positioning Brazilian talent and entertainment on a global level.
What expert advice would you like to give?
One of the biggest mistakes in the entertainment industry is believing that talent alone is enough to build a career.
Talent opens doors, but strategy is what keeps those doors open.
Artists, entrepreneurs, and brands need to understand that positioning, management, marketing, audience relationships, and authority building are just as important as the artistic product itself.
We live in the age of attention. Those who understand how to build audiences, generate relevance, and create value for both consumers and brands operate on an entirely different level.
My advice is simple: stop thinking only about performances and start thinking about legacy, brand, and business.
