How do you introduce yourself?
On social media I introduce myself as Marcella’s Home. My birth name is Marcella, but many know me as Marcie. However my husband never understood why most wouldn’t call me Marcella growing up? He loves my name Marcella and now so do I!
What hardships have you gone through in life?
I have been very blessed throughout my life, but my two biggest struggles have been the passing of my dad 10yrs ago and the passing of my Goddaughter 3 and 1/2 yrs ago at the age of 23 to ovarian cancer.
What do people usually not know about you?
I play a lot of tennis, it’s one of my favorite pass times, I could play 7 days a week!
What sets you apart from others?
My upbringing has a lot to do with what I believe sets me apart from others today because I try very hard to keep so many wonderful memories that I had growing up alive in my home today with my children. I work very hard to try and make their upbringing as special as mine was. I’m a huge believer in family and traditions and that will always come first in my eyes before anything else. I believe I’m an old soul when it comes to my every day life.
What are your upcoming major events?
I don’t have any major upcoming events personally, but I know a lot of people that do and I am here to support each and every one of them.
What expert advice would you like to give?
When you are in the kitchen, clean as you go. And every day we have the ability to make choices make the right ones.
