How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Natalie Beck, CEO and founder of Bobby natalia Bakery.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Like many others, I have faced challenges that tested both my strength and my faith. From building a business as a woman entrepreneur and struggling with debilitating migraines to navigating personal hardships, each experience has shaped the person I am today. These experiences taught me the value of perseverance and faith, taking life one step at a time and trusting the process, even when the path ahead wasn’t and isn’t clear. Every step has had a purpose, and through my journey, I hope to educate, encourage, and inspire others to understand the importance of eating well and understanding that ingredients matter and to keep moving forward with expected faith and hope.
What do people usually not know about you?
While I am very grateful for having good genetics and for maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and regular strength training. As a result, I tend to have a youthful appearance and am often perceived as being a lot younger than my actual age. I am currently 28 years old.
What sets you apart from others?
My relentless pursuit of answers resulted in my passion for healthy living grew out of my own healing journey. There were many factors, but one being changing up my diet to a much cleaner one of eating real, whole foods, which is now just a lifestyle. I eliminated gluten and refined sugar from my diet, and I experienced a remarkable transformation. My debilitating migraines that had impacted my daily life have reduced significantly. Inspired by these results, I began experimenting in the kitchen, determined to prove that wholesome food could be both nourishing and delicious. What started as a personal pursuit soon evolved into a small bakery business founded on organic, whole-food ingredients, free from seed oils and refined sugars. From the beginning, I have been committed to intentional sourcing, supporting local producers whenever possible, and creating foods that can help others feel their best without sacrificing flavor. You can turn your pain into purpose and a helpful solution for others.
What are your upcoming major events?
Many upcoming pop-up events in my area and at local farmers markets, and a local TV6 segment on Real Milwaukee. Dreaming of a storefront for my bakery!
What expert advice would you like to give?
My expert advice would be actually really simple. Thank God every day for what you do have over what you don’t have. Step out in faith and trust Jesus! Don’t fear the sun, move your body every day, eat real, whole food, and shop the perimeter of the grocery store more than the middle aisles. Start seeing a chiropractor regularly, its imporant you have a doctor checking your nervous system.
