How do you introduce yourself?
First and foremost, I am Skylar Jayden and Julian’s mom! My most amazing job/journey has been raising these 3 amazing babies! Tracy DiMarco to the world, Tray to my friends & mama to my kids.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I grew up in an extremely loving home. My parents are still married. I am extremely grateful to have been surrounded with such love, success, enjoyment of life, family, and friends. So my struggles aren’t the “rough childhood” type. Being on a television show brings both positive and negatives. My daily struggles are being bullied constantly for a fabricated, scripted television show that the network played off as reality, and those people continue to harass and believe me daily. I also went through a very public divorce, which was very hard to navigate, but all of that said and done. I’m very grateful for what I have and there’s no flowers without a little rain.
What do people usually not know about you?
People may not know that I am one of the softest, funniest, most loving friends that you could ever have. I am completely infatuated with my friends and highlighting them as much as possible. I think I have such beautiful people in my life that every day I want them to know how much I love them so I say I love you a lot, like I probably make it weird hahaha!
What sets you apart from others?
I truly do not care what people think of me. Ex: love dopamine dressing, which means whatever makes me happy or makes me smile or makes me excited to leave. The house is what I’m going to wear whether somebody thinks it’s appropriate or not …sounds like a them problem. I only have one life and for me life is a runway, life is a fashion show, Life is a dress up party.
What are your upcoming major events ?
Honestly, my children come first for pretty much everything so I don’t really do anything too crazy! I’m usually at home with my kids! I know Instagram tells a different story, but I’m pretty much a homebody when it comes to being home with my kids!
What expert advice would you like to give?
I am not an expert on anything, but I think that’s the funniest part of life is that so many people have flooded to my Podcast @BadExamplesPodcast cohosted with @JessHottie for advice! I think the best part of life is making fun of yourself and being able to laugh at your downfalls and use a little dark humor to make light of life and that’s exactly what we do on the show!
