How do you introduce yourself?

Hello! We’re truly swingers, and we express it openly! 😊 We are Jola and Kris, married for ten years, and we would like to share our story with you. We live in a big city in the Netherlands, where we lead active professional lives – I, Jola, am a personal trainer, mainly focusing on fitness and yoga. In the past, I was an active competitor and coach in CrossFit, and Krzysiek, who also has experience as an athlete and CrossFit coach, now works as a coach and trainer. From the very beginning of our relationship, we were united by shared passions, such as sports, travel, and open minds, which brought us even closer together.

For the past three years, we have been exploring the world of swinging together. Krzysiek has much more experience, as he has always had open relationships. For many years, he patiently opened the doors to this world for me, which turned out to be an incredible way to strengthen our already stable bond while discovering new dimensions of intimacy. This experience not only revitalized our sex life but also allowed us to get to know each other better.

We believe that the key to success in our relationship is open communication. We regularly talk about our desires, boundaries, and feelings, which allows us to safely and satisfyingly explore our lives. There is no place for jealousy in our relationship – we carefully choose the couples we meet, guided by trust and respect.

We love participating in swinging parties, where there is a friendly atmosphere of acceptance. For us, it’s not just great fun, but also an opportunity to make new connections and share experiences with other couples.

Exploring new experiences together has built our intimacy and made our relationship stronger. Thanks to what we do, we feel more connected and happy. Life in love doesn’t have one universal recipe – for us, the most important things are honesty, openness to change, and a willingness to explore. We live as we feel, and we derive great joy from it!

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

In our journey, both as a couple and individually, we have faced several challenges that have impacted our lives. One of the biggest struggles was the initial uncertainty surrounding openness in our relationship. Kris had prior experience with open relationships, but for me, it was entirely new territory. I had to confront my own fears and doubts that arose at the thought of engaging with others. This required many honest conversations and time to find a balance between our desires and boundaries.

Another challenge was the social stereotypes and judgments. Choosing a lifestyle that deviates from the norm meant we had to face criticism and misunderstanding from some of our friends and family. At times, this was difficult and demanded a lot of emotional strength to remain true to our beliefs and choices.

These challenges, though demanding, contributed to our growth as a couple. By overcoming them, we built a stronger bond and gained a better understanding of each other. Each struggle reinforced our determination to explore and live according to our values, which ultimately brought us joy and fulfillment.

What do people usually not know about you?

There are a few things that people usually don’t know about us, Jola and Krzysiek, which might be surprising. 

First of all, many people think that our life as a swinging couple is solely about physical pleasures. In reality, this experience is much deeper for us. Exploring this world has taught us even greater empathy, understanding, and communication. What happens outside of intimacy is just as important to us, and often even more so. We are able to form deep connections with other couples, which enriches our emotional lives.

Another thing people might not know is how much we value our time together. While we are open to new experiences, we also appreciate moments spent just the two of us. We regularly organize “date nights,” where we focus solely on each other, allowing us to renew our bond.

People often overlook the fact that we both have our own passions and interests that are not always related to our professional lives or swinging. Krzysiek writes texts and plays music, while I love to paint, but I also enjoy makeup—haha! Drawing is one of my favorite activities when I want to relax. These passions allow us to express ourselves in different ways and provide space for personal growth.

Lastly, many people don’t realize how important honesty and openness are to us in our daily lives. This not only pertains to our relationships with others but also to how we communicate with each other every day. We maintain an atmosphere of support and acceptance, making us feel safe sharing our thoughts and feelings.

These aspects of our lives are incredibly significant to us, and understanding them can contribute to a deeper picture of who we truly are.

What sets you apart from others?

What distinguishes us from other couples is primarily our openness to a variety of experiences and our communication skills. We are very close to each other, but we also know how to be independent, which allows us to explore new things and enrich our relationship.

Our desire to discover the world of swinging is one of the things that sets us apart. We are aware that not everyone is ready for this lifestyle, and we approach it with respect, understanding, and responsibility. For us, it’s not just about revitalizing our sex life, but also about personal growth and building a deeper bond between us.

An important aspect that distinguishes us is our determination for open communication. We regularly talk about our desires, boundaries, and feelings, which makes us feel safe in our relationship. We are not afraid to ask difficult questions or confront emotions, allowing us to continuously grow and strengthen our bond.

Finally, our ability to accept and empathize with others and their choices also sets us apart. We are open to diversity and eager to explore different perspectives, which allows us to build valuable relationships with other couples. Thanks to these traits, we feel that our lives are full of joy, fulfillment, and deep experiences.

What are your upcoming major events ?

We are about to attend a special event organized by Exclusive Minds at a mysterious location that we still don’t know. It will be a closed event available to members, and we’re bringing our friends along, making it a truly exceptional evening. The event, “The Gatsby Affair,” evokes the spirit of the 1920s: a time of stylish rebellion, hidden desires, and timeless elegance.

What expert advice would you like to give?

One of the most important pieces of advice we could give is the significance of open and honest communication in any relationship, especially in ones exploring unconventional forms of intimacy, such as swinging. Don’t be afraid to talk about your desires, boundaries, and concerns. Regular, honest conversations can help you understand each other better and build greater trust. Remember that openness doesn’t just mean sharing positive feelings, but also confronting difficult emotions and situations. Establish rules that are comfortable for both of you to avoid misunderstandings.

Finally, remember to take care of each other. In any relationship, especially in dynamic ones, it’s easy to forget about the needs of the other person. Regularly showing love and support is crucial for a strong and lasting relationship.
