Rozlyn Haag As Cover Story Interview – August 2025 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

Hello, my name is Rozlyn Haag, and I’m a model and aspiring actress based in Goodyear, Arizona. I thrive in creative spaces and am always open to trying something bold or unexpected. Whether it’s fashion, film, or something in between, I love to ask questions, learn on the go, and bring excitement and energy to every project I take on.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

Growing up with divorced parents and a toxic father, a learning disability, and overcoming diversity came with its challenges. However, the biggest one I overcame was when I was diagnosed with a spinal tumor. Having surgery and spending over a week in the hospital taught me to be resilient and helped me grow more as a human and be more appreciative of life.

What do people usually not know about you?

Some people may not know that I grew up with a learning disability. When I was in 2nd grade, I was entered into an IEP (Individual Educational Program), a program for kids who needed extra help, and I’ve been a part of that program up until my college years.

What sets you apart from others?

Everything I’ve lived through has taught me strength, dedication, and relentless persistence. When I commit to something, I give it my all — and often even more. I show up with full energy, focus, and heart in everything I do.

What are your upcoming major events?

August 9th: Fashion show by Admire Management called “Reflections”.

October 18th and 19th: Attending Model-Con and walking the red carpet as a Diamond Badge holder.

November 14th: Walking in the Araceli Designs Fashion Show in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Pursuing modeling and acting means investing in yourself. There’s no shame in doing creative collabs to build your portfolio and gain experience. Just be mindful of what you’re paying for, always read contracts thoroughly, and trust your gut. And remember: you should never have to pay an agency to sign you — legit agencies earn their commission by getting you work.
