How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Alina Staicu — an actress, producer, and fashion model with a background in psychology, known to many through my journey as an international beauty queen. Whether in front of the camera or behind the scenes, I’m motivated by a deep passion to create art that connects, challenges, and inspires. Continuously growing and staying curious, I’m grateful to pursue work that feels authentic to myself.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Like many people, I’ve faced moments of deep uncertainty — moving countries, rebuilding my career in a new language, and constantly proving myself. But those challenges shaped my resilience. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, stay grounded, and not let a “no” define my worth.
What do people usually not know about you?
Despite the public nature of my work, I’m very much an introvert at heart. I find clarity and strength in solitude, and when I’m not working, I deeply value quiet moments — whether it’s spending time with my family or simply being alone to recharge. I’m naturally introspective; I journal daily and often lose myself in books and quiet reflection. It’s what helps me stay grounded and connected to who I am, especially in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is a simple philosophy: I let my authenticity be my guide, while my global perspective serves as the lens through which I see the world. Having lived and worked in different cultures, I’ve gained a unique sensitivity to human behavior and storytelling. Whether I’m acting, modeling, or producing, I’m always drawn to the deeper layers — the quiet truths that make stories resonate. Ultimately, it’s this combination of empathy, artistic curiosity, and genuine vulnerability that defines my path.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m currently focused on developing several film projects, with a particular interest in romantic comedies as well as dramas. While it’s too early to share details, I’m excited to see where they lead. I also have several modeling campaigns launching this fall in both the U.S. and Europe, and I’ll be attending international film festivals to promote some exciting collaborations.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Don’t wait for permission. If you have a dream — act like it’s already in motion. Learn your craft, show up prepared, and don’t be afraid to reinvent yourself along the way. In this industry and in life – Your uniqueness is your power – believe in that, and believe in yourself.
