How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Ju Ladeira — a Brazilian entrepreneur, content creator, and woman of faith. I’m the co-founder of a supplement distribution company, owner of multiple beauty and wellness brands, and a digital influencer who travels the world inspiring women to believe in their potential, take care of themselves, and pursue financial freedom through purpose and authenticity.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was the failure of my first company, a tech distribution business I ran with my husband, Bruno. Losing everything we had built was emotionally and financially devastating. But it taught me resilience. I started over with zero guarantees — only faith, hard work, and a belief that we could rebuild. That season shaped who I am today.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often see the results — the travels, the success — but don’t know that I worked over 14 years in the banking industry before becoming an entrepreneur. Everything I have today came from sacrifice, late nights, and learning how to rise after each setback. I also lead my businesses with deep spiritual guidance — I never make a decision without prayer.
What sets you apart from your competitors in the industry and in life?
Authenticity. I live what I share. My businesses aren’t trends — they’re part of my real lifestyle, from health and fitness to beauty and wellness. I connect with my audience not as a brand, but as a real woman who’s been through failure, who rebuilt herself, and who lifts others as she rises.
What are your upcoming major events – Unforgettable Moments or products/services that you want to promote/inform?
I’m working on launching a new line of women’s wellness products and also planning an exclusive travel docuseries to share my global adventures and highlight women-owned brands and destinations around the world. I’m also expanding my supplement brands, Golden Dragon Nutrition and Panic Labs Nutrition, across Latin America.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Your breakthrough often hides behind your biggest fear. Don’t wait for perfect conditions — start with what you have. Be consistent. Lead with values. And never lose your faith — it’s your greatest power.
