How do you introduce yourself?
Hi! My name is Mandy Corrente, I’m 11 years old, and I’m a singer, dancer, actress, and cheerleader! I’ve been performing since I was 5, and now I have 25 singles out on all music platforms . I love to bring joy and energy to the stage and to every video I make. I’ve performed live in places like L.A., New York, and Miami, and even been on TV shows like The Ellen Show! Besides music, I also love fashion, doing fun challenges with my friends, and sharing my life on social media. Every day I work hard to follow my dreams and inspire other kids to go after theirs too.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in your career to be where you are?
Being a kid and doing school is already a lot, but adding singing, dancing, acting, and traveling makes it super busy. But I honestly love what I do so much that it’s worth it. I know this is what I’m meant to do, and every rehearsal, every performance, makes me feel alive. It’s not always easy, but when you love something, it’s the best feeling ever.
What do people usually not know about you?
That I LOVE to read! I just finished The Hunger Games and it was sooo good. I actually have 3 more books waiting on my list. Reading helps me imagine new stories and it inspires me to write more songs too!
What sets you apart from your competitors in the industry and in life?
I think what makes me different is… I’m me! There’s only one Mandy Corrente in the world and I think being yourself is the best superpower. I’m also Amanda at home, just a normal girl who loves her family and believes that God made her exactly the way she’s supposed to be.
What are your upcoming major events – Unforgettable Moments or products/services or projects that you want to promote/inform?
I’m sooo excited about my new songs that are totally about me and what I’m going through, like growing up, following my dreams, and being in between being a kid and a teen. I also just dropped “Don’t Be Late” and I can’t wait to show you the next songs! I’m working on music videos and fun content for all my fans 💕
What expert advice would you like to give?
Be YOU. Like, totally YOU. Don’t try to copy other people just to fit in. If you have a dream, follow it no matter what! You’re special the way you are, and the world needs that 💫
