Stephanie Rideout (Model & Interior Designer) was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and here is the Q&A session we had with Stephanie.
Stephanie Rideout As Cover Story Interview – February 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I’m a woman with a passion for the arts and design. I have taken fashion design and hairstyling programs, so I have always been attracted to the world of modeling and runway. Last year I also dipped my toe into interior design.
I have spent the past decade dedicated to raising and developing my son who has Autism. My motherhood journey has enstilled me with so many more skills and drive to develop myself as an individual. Now that my son is 11 years old and more independent it has freed up more space and time for me to pursue my expression as a woman and cultivate more of my own identity in the public eye.
Stepping onto the modeling scene, I want to encourage women to pursue their passions and help motivate them to take care of themselves as women first. It is common in society for women to become overlooked after motherhood and I’m here to inspire others to recognize the innate power feminine energy contains at every stage in life. I am woman, so hear me roar!
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I choose to become a single mother when my son was 3 months old. Stepping into a full time caregiver role on my own for the most part has been a challenge and full of sacrifices.
Containing both the masculine and feminine frames can be a tricky balancing act but my faith and family have helped along the way. I think with God anything is possible, and I consider myself blessed in challenges because I trust in my God to deliver me through them all with a greater reward waiting at the end. I wish peace and purpose for all reading this. May God bless you!
What do people usually not know about you?
I have a silly side! I credit my father who is from Newfoundland, since I am most like him out of my family members and you should know there is a catch frase “goofy newfy” for a reason! After all laughter is the best medicine!
I also better mention my mother just in case she reads this, because she is Italian and raised me with respect too. Mamma mia!
What sets you apart from others?
I would say I come across as unique at times due to the fact that I am an outside of the box thinker. I am always looking forwards, keeping mind of the bigger picture in everything I do and I enjoy creative problem solving.
I would also say I dont rely on social approval as much as expected, since when I was a little girl I experienced severe bullying which ended up being a blessing in disguise by helping me form a solid backbone to stand on my own values no matter who stays or leaves.
What are your upcoming major events ?
I have only started modeling in the beginning of this year 2026. I have a lot to develop but I am always up for a challenge. I have a sink or swim learning style! So you know I will be applying myself to as many opportunities in fashion and film as possible! I appreciate the support along the way from all of you! Thank you!
What expert advice would you like to give?
My best advice to share is that in life we often give up too soon on things. I had a bad habit of doing this as well. Now I am more mature and I see the value of patiently working towards your goals. Never underestimate small beginnings, for even a mighty oak tree began as a humble seed.
