About Micheal Sassano’s Business – The business of building cannabis facilities, operating them and expanding throughout states and now countries has been a great creative journey. Not just for treating buildings but working through complex chemistry to be quality products that people want and that help them with whatever they need it for.

TheCelebrity.Online: Childhood to Adulthood – How was the transition from your childhood into adulthood/teenage and what good and bad things you remember?

Michael Sassano: I was always between two worlds of studies and sports throughout my early years and didn’t have much time to engage my social side. As time went on, I found the balance between all three and that really helped me as I got older.

TheCelebrity.Online: Struggle – What hardships you faced during your life?

Michael Sassano: Being an entrepreneur is filled with many ups, downs and failures plus successes. The phrases like one step back for two steps forward, no pain no gain, etc really don’t do justice to the sorrows you feel as you travel your road. I faced many such learning experiences and dug deep to pull myself back up again in an ethical and focused manner.

TheCelebrity.Online: Things people usually dont know?

Michael Sassano: I never got married or made children, because my businesses and personal health focuses have taken up almost every facet of my life.

TheCelebrity.Online: What makes you different from your competitors in the industry and life?

Michael Sassano: Details, focus, money, management and innovation. In order to be well rounded it isn’t enough to have a great idea, you must pay attention to the smallest details, and be focused enough to address many issues all day every day. Additionally, you must continually be raising capital and focusing o spending that well by building a strong management. Keeping a balance on all these and guiding a ship is what everyone talks about but achieving the balance is the key. Then we keep innovating to bring products that people never even thought were possible developing markets.

TheCelebrity.Online: Family & Affections – Tell about your family, friends and loved one?

Michael Sassano: My family has always been supportive, and we have worked together for decades. It’s one of the greatest pleasures being the cool uncle Mike and watching my nieces and nephews grow from babies to young adults.

TheCelebrity.Online: Lesson learnt in life – What are the lessons you learned so far in your life?

Michael Sassano: Whatever you didn’t think could happen, happens, so prepare for the unknown. Everyone says how would I know that would happen, and my response is always, well, you need to know that something would happen so you Aare prepared to pivot when that time occurs.

TheCelebrity.Online: What is your biggest achievement that you want to share with our readers?

Michael Sassano: Transitioning from a US based market of recreational cannabis to a pharmaceutical European model is the greatest and most rewarding learning experience I have done. Pharmaceutical world is challenging and a higher level of production and regulations because you are making a medicine that is accepted at a global scale. Succeeding, at least in early stages, is a massive learning curve that requires dedication to convert from one side to the other. The players are bigger, and the skills are completely different then the recreational cannabis models.

TheCelebrity.Online: What are the major Upcoming Events & Unforgettable Moments or products that you want to promote/inform our audience about?

Michael Sassano: Recently our newest facility Somai Pharmaceutical just opened, and we are making cannabis products for the European community which are Avant-guard and much needed for the pharmaceutical/medical sector. Our products are first of its kind to be registered to be distributed around the globe. Making and registering 42 medical products in a year is a massive undertaking and we for sure are stretching for a bigger and better future.

TheCelebrity.Online: Share 3 tips with our readers from your area of expertise?

Michael Sassano: 1. Your budget need to be detailed and thought out in detail through every process and span years. Adjust regularly; 2. Start with a small team and build out appropriately, you should be able to wear every hat as a founder. 3. Study everything, all the time and talk directly with your competitors. You need to get out of your head and into the real world.

Michael Sassano: Bald and everything medium with a big heart and an expanding brain.

Michael Sassano: Successful givers because they are driven within and don’t take your energy.

TheCelebrity.Online: How do you see your industry doing in 2022?

Michael Sassano: European Cannabis is on a heavy upswing as we will see many new rules and regulations till the end of 2022.

TheCelebrity.Online: What ‘Expert Advice’ you want to share with the readers about professional and social field of life?

Michael Sassano: Stay balanced: your health first, eat healthy and at minimum walk; love, give part of your life to social interaction; And be creative, this is your work life, enjoy working because it’s an important chunk of your time.
