Maxima Victoria Caram (Cosmetic Doctor, Creative Director, Published Author, And CEO & Founder of Miss Star International) was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Maxima.
Maxima Victoria Caram As Cover Story Interview – January 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I introduce myself as a builder of worlds where talent, dignity, and radical care coexist. I am Victoria Maxima Caram — cosmetic doctor, creative director, published author, and CEO & Founder of Miss Star International, the most prestigious global platform for trans women that redefines beauty through empowerment, inclusivity, and representation.
But my work doesn’t stop at crowns and stages. I am also a co-founder of The Dolls Initiative — a pan-European network of connection, protection, and visibility for trans migrants and sex workers, built from lived experience and deep community duty.
On my creative side, I am producing right now a webserie “Queens without borders”, It’s a documental serie about the history of trans pageantry, we release every week a new chapter at our youtube channel: @MissStarInternational.
I don’t just ask the world to see us — I build the spaces where we can thrive.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
My journey has been forged through adversity most people never have to face:
migration, systemic exclusion, constant misrecognition, and the pressure to prove my right to exist, lead, and belong.
I have lived the tension between being visible and being genuinely supported. That tension taught me the difference between tokenism and real change — and pushed me to create structures that protect and elevate others, not just myself.
These hardships shaped my resilience, sharpened my strategy, and made me an architect of opportunity for others.
What do people usually not know about you?
People may know me from the stage, media, and global conferences — but few know the how and why behind my systems of care.
The Dolls Initiative was born not in boardrooms but out of necessity — from nightclubs, back-kitchens, text threads, and late-night calls across borders to protect trans migrants and sex workers when institutions failed them.
We built a secure, encrypted network to ensure no one disappears without a trace, prioritizing connection, protection, and radical integrity. That work isn’t glamorous — it’s essential.
What sets you apart from others?
I don’t view beauty as decoration — I see it as power and defiance.
I operate at the intersection of healthcare, media, advocacy, and global leadership. I don’t just represent communities — I build ecosystems for their safety and growth.
I don’t want followers — I want collaborators. And I don’t aim for visibility alone — I aim for sustainability, ownership, and structural change.
That’s what separates a moment from a movement.
