How do you introduce yourself?
Agent to the Stars- and an Influencer in the hip hop industry “Money Green”. I have been an agent for 39 years and have created great relationships that have allowed me to generate significant income for my clients through concerts, movies, TV shows, and Guest appearances.
What are your upcoming major events?
My upcoming major event is the HIP-HOP Museum ( 2025) opening, where I am the chairman of Artist Relations. I have a book coming out in October entitled “ The Show Must Go On “ backstage stories from a hip-hop agent.
What are your unforgettable moments of life?
Unforgettable moments- Introducing rap to Master Gee of the Sugar Hill gang, who made the first rap record. Signing Fresh Prince AKA Will Smith and Jazzy Jeff. Working for Prince, Touring with Eddie Murphy. Working with movie stars, I grew up watching the movies.
What will be your Expert Advice?
- Trust no one in this business
- Don’t take anything personally
- Never underestimate the other person’s greed
- Don’t take Menial Jobs for Granted.
- Keep family and friends separate from your business
- Trust your gut and not your feelings
- It’s not where you from, but where you at
- C.R.E. A.M – cash rules everything around me
- Keep your mouth Shut
- Learn to be a paper gangster. Read everything before you sign it
