How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Mariel Urrutia Chambers — a multi-talented artist, model, singer, host, and crowned beauty queen. With 15 years of leadership as a Dental Director and Territory sales director , I stand rooted in grace and strength. And above all titles, I am a child of God, a devoted wife, and a very proud mother of three.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I’ve faced childhood emotional, physical and sexual abuse, harassment and mistreatment in the workplace, cyber-bullying, and false accusations — storms that could have easily broken me. Instead, they taught me resilience. Leading a large team and running a business brings its own challenges, but everything I’ve lived through has taught me how to find my balance, protect my peace, and rise with quiet strength.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often see me as a social butterfly, but the truth is I’m a homebody at heart. Social events take a lot of my energy, and I deal with anxiety more than most people realize. Because of my work, I’ve learned to navigate networking with grace — even enjoy it — but it still surprises people when they discover how introverted I really am. Recently, I’ve found a deep passion for Jiu-Jitsu, and I encourage every woman to learn it. Send me a message and you can try out our all-women’s class!
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart? I lift women up. Even when I’ve been backstabbed by those I’ve helped, I don’t let it stop me from following my heart and helping others. Those people need to look in the mirror — like the old saying goes. I’ve turned challenges into growth, and I’m here to inspire women to do the same.
What are your upcoming major events ?
I’m hoping for a Jiu-Jitsu belt upgrade soon, and maybe not a personal milestone, but I’m also excited for my children’s Christmas concerts!
What expert advice would you like to give?
Trust yourself, protect your peace, lift other women up, and never let your past define your future. And if you have a family, be a good partner and cherish your children.
