Liliya Ziano (An Entrepreneur, Business Owner, and Creative Strategist) was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Lilya.
Liliya Ziano As Cover Story Interview – January 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I am an entrepreneur, business owner, and creative strategist based in Florida. My career spans finance, fashion, and digital commerce, shaped by global experience and a deep appreciation for discipline, aesthetics, and innovation. I build brands with intention—where strategy meets creativity and human connection remains at the core.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
My life story is one of endurance and reinvention. I spent 17 years caring for my first husband through illness while raising two sons—my greatest legacy. After immigrating to the United States from Israel with no language, no network, and limited resources, I rebuilt my life from the ground up.
Professionally, I rose through the ranks of banking from teller to Vice President, while simultaneously navigating loss, responsibility, and cultural displacement. Success did not come without resistance—particularly as a woman who refused to dim her ambition. Yet every challenge refined my strength, sharpened my intuition, and reinforced my belief that resilience is the ultimate luxury.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often notice the exterior first—elegance, femininity, presence—but underestimate the depth beneath it. What they don’t immediately see is a woman who is deeply grounded, fiercely intuitive, and unwaveringly confident.
Those who know me well say I embody two energies: the eagle—alert, strategic, and instinctively ahead of the moment—and the peacock—radiant, expressive, and joyful. I have always believed that beauty and strength are not opposites, but complements.
What sets you apart from others?
I am the product of many worlds. Born in Azerbaijan, raised in a Jewish family within a Muslim country, shaped by communism, and later forged by immigration to Israel and the United States, I carry a rare global perspective.
I speak multiple languages, move comfortably across cultures, and lead with discipline and emotional intelligence. I do not follow trends—I define my own rhythm. Whether managing high-performing teams in banking or building modern e-commerce brands, I combine structure with vision. Today, I lead operations, logistics, and revenue strategy while embracing AI-driven creativity as a powerful new frontier.
What are your upcoming major events or projects?
My husband and I travel globally for both business and inspiration, immersing ourselves in emerging innovation within the e-commerce and digital branding space. We are currently preparing to introduce a confidential advertising concept that redefines how brands connect with consumers online. This launch, scheduled for early next year, represents a bold evolution in modern commerce. Upcoming events: Grey team:Red, White and Vogue with Grey Team. Just had Hazalah event with former Director of the Mossad, Yossi Cohen. a few events supporting Cancer Alliance.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Confidence is not granted—it is built. Especially for women, my advice is simple: set your standard and commit to it. Ask questions, seek clarity, and never wait for permission to grow. If you do not advocate for yourself, the world will not know how to meet you. Strength begins the moment you decide to trust your voice and act on it.
