Lauren Lawrence As Cover Story Interview – February 2026 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

First Lady of dreams.

What hardships did you face in your life?

Breast cancer survivor/1991.

What something people usually don’t know about you?

I had a Rap CD in 1997 and a song “Terrorist Lover” was was listed number 3 on the dance charts, just behind Tupac.

What sets you apart from others?

I’ve published 7 articles in peer-reviewed journals. No easy task, this.

What are your upcoming events?

Private Valentine’s party.

What would be your expert advice?

Always write down your dreams. And always examine the day residue. What happened the day before your dream. They are often tied together. Never take your dreams for granted. They are precious messages from the unconscious dreams, magical, and that there is no sense of time or space so the deceased can enter while we sleep.

My music video is on YouTube (look for Terrorist Lover by Infidel). My sold out coffee table book “Private Dreams of Public People,” published by Assouline in 2002, is still available on Amazon. So the publisher must still be printing copies to keep it alive.
