How do you introduce yourself?

My name is Kaitlyn Bertrand, I’m 25 years old and the Head Ring Girl with BKFC since 2020. Beyond combat sports, I’ve built my brand through modeling, real estate, and social media. My work has taken me to incredible places and allowed me to make amazing connections, and now I’m stepping into my most rewarding role—motherhood.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

I spent time in foster care and faced homelessness as a teenager, living in shelters and even out of a car. I also grew up seeing the damage drugs can cause, which made me determined to live clean and focused. Those experiences gave me resilience and the drive to build a better future.

What do people usually not know about you?

People often see the glamour, but behind the scenes I’m very focused on stability and growth. My work has brought me great opportunities and connections, but I’m equally committed to real estate, business, and my online brand. For me, the spotlight is just one part of the bigger picture.

What sets you apart from others?

I don’t limit myself to one role. I’m the Head Ring Girl with BKFC, but I’m also a model, influencer, and real estate professional. Now, preparing for motherhood, I’m showing that women can succeed in every space they choose without losing authenticity.

What are your upcoming major events?

I have upcoming BKFC events in the U.S. and internationally. Also, I’m preparing for my maternity shoot, my baby shower this fall, and welcoming my baby in January. At the same time, I’m continuing to grow in real estate and build my brand online.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Your past doesn’t define you—it prepares you. I went from foster care and homelessness to building a career in combat sports, modeling, and real estate. My advice is to embrace your passions, stay disciplined, and turn challenges into fuel for success.
