How do you introduce yourself?
I go by ITZ YTB – artist, visionary, and the voice of raw truth. I represent Ocala, Florida, and I’m the heart behind “You That Believe.” My music is more than sound – it’s spirit. I speak for the ones who never had a voice. You feel my lyrics because they come from a real place, and you see the proof in the journey.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I come from adversity – environments where most people don’t make it out. I’ve battled losses, betrayals, and moments where I had to find faith when everything was falling apart. There were times when my only therapy was the mic. I had to overcome trauma, keep pushing when doors closed, and believe in myself when nobody else did. But every pain became power, and I use it to inspire others now.
What do people usually not know about you?
Most people don’t know how deeply spiritual and intuitive I am. My dreams are prophetic – they guide me. I’m connected to a purpose way bigger than music. Also, behind the energy and confidence, I’m a thinker, always analyzing, always planning moves with precision. Nothing I do is by accident.
What sets you apart from others?
I don’t chase trends – I create waves. I’m not trying to fit in; I was born to stand out. My story is in my lyrics. My sound is raw, real, and unfiltered. Everything I drop has meaning. Whether it’s pain, faith, or hustle – I make you feel something. And it’s not just music… I’m building a legacy, a brand, a movement – YTB – You That Believe – because believing is the first step to becoming.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’ve got new singles dropping this summer that are about to shake the scene. More visuals, exclusive performances, and the YTB merch line expanding – hoodies, tees, full lifestyle wear. I’m also planning a live freestyle series and working on a collab tape with other real artists who speak truth. Keep watching – I’m just getting started.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Bet on yourself every time. Don’t wait for validation. Protect your vision, stay consistent, and keep your spirit clean. Don’t be afraid to take risks – the breakthrough comes when you step outside the box. Also, stay grounded. Talent will open doors, but character keeps you in the room.
