How do you introduce yourself?
I am Grace Asibi Asibrele, the CEO of ER Fashion brand and founder.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I went through terrible hardships growing up from childhood to adulthood. During these difficult times, I use to saw leaves and wear and this marked the beginning of my creativity in the fashion. These hardship made me realise my dream as a Fashion designer today.
What do people usually not know about you?
People don’t realise that my fashion is inherit and passion driven.
What sets you apart from others?
My story line from childhood to the CEO of ER Fashion is my uniqueness.
What are your upcoming major events?
Our next major milestone is in the United States, where we will be showcasing at New York Fashion Week Runway 7 fashion show in February 2026
Since our debut, the response to ER’s unique aesthetic has been overwhelming. We have seen exponential growth in demand from high-net-worth consumer globally, creating an unprecedented demand in orders.
To meet this surging demand without compromising our quality, ER Fashions has strategically expanded our production footprint. While our heritage and design headquarters remain proudly in Ghana, we have successfully established new, state-of-the-art artisan workshops in the Far East, including China, Cambodia, Dubai and Taiwan. This expansion ensures we are fully prepared to serve our expanding international clientele.
What expert advice would you like to give?
My little advise to everyone listening or reading now is that, you got to stay focus to realise your full potential. You have to be yourself and never be someone because you can’t sustain being fake.
