How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Frank Joseph. I’m a beauty expert, content creator, and creative director with over fifteen years in the cosmetics industry. I’m also the winner of season one of the reality series The Snake on FOX, now streaming on Hulu. I work at the intersection of beauty, storytelling, and personal transformation, using my platform to inspire confidence, authenticity, and self-expression.
Struggle. What hardships have you gone through in life?
I’ve faced the pressure of constantly reinventing myself while navigating personal loss, relationship endings, and moments of deep self-doubt. Walking away from stability to pursue growth, choosing peace over familiarity, and learning to trust my own voice were not easy decisions. Each challenge forced me to become more grounded, more disciplined, and more intentional about the life I want to build.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often see confidence, but they don’t always see the introspection behind it. I’m deeply reflective and faith-driven, and I take my responsibility to lead with kindness seriously. Every step forward has been shaped by quiet moments of self-evaluation, prayer, and choosing integrity even when no one is watching.
What sets you apart from others?
I combine industry expertise with emotional intelligence. I don’t just understand beauty. I understand people. My work focuses on transformation that starts internally and shows externally. I value depth over noise and longevity over trends. That balance allows me to create work that feels timeless, intentional, and human.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m continuing to expand my media presence through digital content, podcasting, and television-related projects, while developing beauty concepts rooted in simplicity, luxury, and real-life application. I’m also focused on collaborations that align with purpose, not hype, and on building platforms that support creative growth and community.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Stop waiting for permission. Master your craft, stay disciplined, and protect your peace. Growth accelerates when you stop chasing validation and start building alignment between who you are and how you show up every day.
