How do you introduce yourself?

My name is Emanuela Arreaga. I’m a 37-year-old mom of three, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Cosmesi LLC, a beauty manufacturing company behind multiple brands. I also helped relaunching MyFundraiserApp, a community platform that brings local businesses and schools together. I’m someone who loves building things from the ground up, whether it’s brands, opportunities, or community. I lead with creativity, heart, and purpose.

Struggle — What hardships have you gone through in life?

I’ve gone through a lot of challenges, both personally and professionally. I’ve rebuilt my life more than once, juggled motherhood and entrepreneurship at the same time, and had to stay strong through relationship and family struggles. I’ve dealt with financial pressure, betrayal, and being underestimated. But every hardship made me more resilient, more self-aware, and more grounded. I learned how to keep going even when things felt impossible, and that strength is a big part of who I am today.

What do people usually not know about you?

People don’t realize how intuitive and emotional I am. I’m very spiritual and I pay attention to signs and alignment. Even though I run several companies, I’m extremely hands-on and involved in every detail. And despite how busy my life looks, I’m actually a homebody who finds the most peace when I’m with my kids.

What sets you apart from others?

What sets me apart is my ability to create opportunities instead of waiting for them. I have a mix of intuition, strategy, and creativity that helps me move quickly and think differently. I don’t just build brands, I build community and connection. Everything I do has a bigger purpose behind it, and I’m committed to leading with authenticity and intention.

What are your upcoming major events?

I’m preparing for the statewide relaunch of MyFundraiserApp, which is going to be a major project supporting small businesses and school communities. I’m also working on new product launches and retail submissions across the Cosmesi brands, along with several philanthropic events in New Jersey. And I have a few exciting opportunities in the entertainment space that I’ll be able to share soon.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Trust yourself. The best decisions I’ve made came from listening to my intuition. Don’t wait for perfect timing or outside validation. Build with purpose, stay consistent, and focus on community and authenticity. Your next breakthrough usually appears right after the moment you think you’re stuck. Keep going.
