How do you introduce yourself?
I am Dr. Bhavi Shah, an Arizona based Emergency Room Physician Associate, a passionate fashion enthusiast, and the proud winner of the Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA title. I balance my demanding career in the Emergency Department with my love for modeling, community service, and empowering women through fashion and leadership. Winning the title of Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA has become one of the defining milestones of my life, allowing me to represent Indian women on an international platform with pride, grace and purpose. As Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA, I carry the responsibility and privilege of using my voice to inspire confidence and ambition in women everywhere. Overall, my journey blends healthcare, compassion, creativity, and purpose, allowing me to represent modern women who excel in multiple roles with grace and strength.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
Life has given me challenges that shaped my resilience. As a working mother in the medical field, I have constantly balanced long, stressful shifts in the Emergency Department with raising a young child, caring for my family, and still making time for my passions. I have faced cultural expectations, self-doubt, and the pressure to “fit into a box,” especially when pursuing pageantry and fashion alongside my medical profession. My path to becoming Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA was anything but easy. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed or questioned whether I could truly manage it all. But every challenge strengthened my confidence and taught me that women can be multidimensional, ambitious and compassionate at the same time. These struggles helped me value authenticity, perseverance, and the importance of believing in your own voice.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often praise my profession as emergency physician associate and see my glamorous side in pageantry and modeling. After being crowned Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA, I received may accolades, but very few know that I am deeply involved in community service. I regularly volunteer at charity event in my community, and at my son’s school. I am also an organizer for multiple cultural and fashion events to raise awareness about social and healthcare issues. Despite my accomplishments, I am grounded and enjoy simple moments like family dinners, helping my son with homework and quiet evenings at home. My life on the stage is exciting, but my heart is rooted in family, community service and personal growth.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my ability to excel in two completely different worlds, the highpressure environment of emergency medicine and the creative, expressive world of fashion and pageantry. I treat patients with urgency and compassion during the day, and in my creative life, I inspire confidence, beauty, and empowerment. Additionally, I don’t just participate in events, I create platforms for others. I am also cofounder of Arizona Fashion Walk, a non-profit organization that regularly organizes fashion shows for a cause. My purpose is not only to shine but also to help others shine alongside me.
What are your upcoming major events?
I am excited expand my role as Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA and promote the pageant in my community with the hope to empower more wommen to step into leadership and confidence. I am currently focused on planning a new community-focused fashion events for Arizona Fashion Walk, where fashion will serve as a platform for social and healthcare causes. Additionally, I have upcoming runway appearances, cultural events, and collaborations with designers and local organizations. I am also planning motivational talks and workshops centered around self-care, confidence building, and women’s empowerment.
What expert advice would you like to give?
My advice is simple yet powerful: Do not let society define your limits. Women are often told to choose career or family, profession or passion, motherhood or ambition. The truth is, you can create your own unique combination of all the things you love. Prioritize self-care, invest in your confidence, and remember that your story becomes inspiring only when you take the first step. Whether it’s pageantry, education, entrepreneurship, or fitness, start now. No dream is too big when you pair passion with consistency.

Winning the Mrs. Glamorous India Universe USA title has transformed my life in profound ways. It elevated my confidence, expanded my visibility, and gave me a global platform to represent strong, modern Indian women. The title opened doors to media features, collaborations, community partnerships, and leadership opportunities. More importantly, it allowed me to inspire women who relate to my journey—mothers, working professionals, and dreamers who sometimes put themselves last. This crown is more than a title; it is a responsibility, a celebration of resilience, and a reminder that dreams can come true at any stage of life. It has made me more purposeful, more grateful, and more committed to making a positive impact.
