How do you introduce yourself?
I introduce myself as DeAnna Green – The BossCHIC of Real Estate, but what that really means is that I am a builder of people, platforms, and purpose. I am an entrepreneur, actress, speaker, and storyteller who believes that success is most powerful when it’s aligned with meaning. Every chapter of my life—from business to film—has been about becoming more honest, more grounded, and more intentional. I don’t define myself by a single title because I am constantly evolving. I’m a woman in alignment with her calling, unafraid to grow, stretch, and ascend into what’s next.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
My life has been shaped by seasons that demanded resilience before reward. I’ve experienced moments of deep loss, professional setbacks, and personal reinvention that forced me to confront who I was and who I needed to become. There were times when survival required faith over certainty and courage over comfort. Those hardships awakened me. They stripped away ego, sharpened my discernment, and taught me how to rebuild with intention. I don’t hide my struggles—I honor them—because they are the very foundation of my strength and leadership today.
What do people usually not know about you?
What most people don’t see is the depth of my discipline and self-work. Behind every visible win is a woman who spends time in reflection, preparation, and alignment. I am deeply spiritual, incredibly intentional, and fiercely protective of my peace. I don’t move impulsively—I move purposefully. Whether I’m preparing for a role, leading a company, or making a life decision, I am always asking, does this align with who I’m becoming?
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my ability to merge heart with execution. I bring emotional intelligence into spaces that often prioritize performance over people. I lead with authenticity, but I execute with excellence. I don’t just tell stories—I live them, embody them, and allow others to see themselves reflected through my work. I understand transformation because I’ve lived it, and that allows me to connect, lead, and create from a place of truth.
What are your upcoming major events?
2026 is a year of awakening, alignment, overflow, and ascension. Professionally, I’m scaling my real estate brokerage by increasing sales volume, expanding our development division, and growing a high-performing team of agents who are aligned with excellence and service. Creatively, I’m stepping into larger film and media roles, producing purpose-driven projects, and expanding global platforms like Let’s Be R.A.W. Personally, it’s a season of legacy—building things that will outlive me and open doors for others.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Don’t confuse motion with progress. Alignment will always outperform hustle. Take the time to heal, refine, and become before you chase the spotlight. When you build from truth and integrity, overflow becomes inevitable—and success becomes sustainable.
