Ashly Valenzuela As Cover Story Interview – October 2025 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I introduce myself as Ashly Valenzuela. I’m an Entertainment Attorney, Talent Manager, and the Founder of Royal Crown Entertainment. I also host a podcast where I share insights for artists navigating the business side of entertainment. My work centers on protecting creativity, building sustainable careers, and making sure my clients feel confident in every space they enter.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
One of my biggest challenges has been breaking through barriers in industries that often underestimate women of color. Early on, I dealt with doubt, dismissal, and spaces where my voice wasn’t always welcomed. Instead of letting that hold me back, I used those experiences to sharpen my knowledge, build resilience, and show that not only do I belong in these rooms — I thrive in them.
What do people usually not know about you?
What a lot of people don’t know about me is that while I can be very strategic and firm in my professional life, I’m also deeply compassionate. I’m loyal to the people I work with and treat my clients like family — their wins feel like my wins, and their challenges become mine too. At the same time, I’m a creative at heart, which is why I connect so naturally with artists.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is that I bring both legal expertise and talent management together. I’m not just here to go over contracts — I’m here to help spot opportunities, build brands, and protect the bigger picture. My clients know I’m genuinely invested in them, and I walk with them through their journey as if it were my own.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m currently focused on growing Royal Crown Entertainment’s roster and supporting our artists with new music, live shows, and exciting collaborations. Currently we are preparing a showcase for an artist I’m working with Im working with Adonaii who’s signed to All Win entertainment Eric Bellinger‘s distribution label and Heir The Prophecy album deluxe album release with Grammy with Grammy award-winning producer GotDamnit Dupri.
What expert advice would you like to give?
My best advice is to protect your name, your brand, and your work as fiercely as you protect your dreams. Talent can open doors, but contracts, ownership, and strategy are what keep them open. And never underestimate the value of having the right team in your corner.
