How would you introduce yourself?
My name is Annie. I’m originally from Quebec, Canada and have been working in the fashion industry for over twenty-five years. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with renowned photographers and traveling around the world for projects that have deeply inspired me. For me, fashion is more than a profession — it’s a way to tell a story, to express emotion. I’m also an actress part-time, a passion that nourishes my creativity and artistic sensibility. This career has taught me everything — discipline, patience, and above all, the beauty of collaboration. Behind every image, there’s emotion, a team, an energy — and that human connection still fascinates me to this day.
What challenges have you faced?
In an industry as demanding as fashion, challenges are part of the journey. I’ve gone through moments of doubt — times when I had to reinvent myself and prove myself again. Fashion is fascinating but sometimes ruthless; it requires courage, balance, and the ability to stay true to yourself amid the spotlight. I’ve faced uncertainty, but I’ve always chosen to remain faithful to my vision and my values. Every challenge has made me stronger and more aware of what I want to embody. True elegance, in my eyes, is the quiet strength to keep moving forward — to keep shining, even when the light flickers.
What do people usually not know about you?
People are often surprised to learn how simple and sensitive I am in everyday life. Behind the glamour and the travels, there’s a woman who’s deeply caring, who loves to help and give to others. I have strong values — sincerity, kindness, and empathy are at the heart of who I am. I love listening, understanding — people often say I’m like a real psychologist (laughs). That human connection, that authenticity, is what nourishes me the most, both in life and in my work.
What makes you stand out from others?
What sets me apart is my sensitivity and my ability to truly connect with people. I’ve always believed that fashion isn’t just about image — it’s about emotion, presence, and energy. After more than twenty-five years in this world, I’ve learned to work with my heart as much as with my eye. I’m real, passionate, and genuine. I don’t play a role — I live what I do. And I think it’s that authenticity, combined with experience and a human touch, that makes the difference.
What are your upcoming projects or important events?
The next few months are going to be exciting and full of creative energy! I have several photoshoots lined up with amazing teams, as well as filming projects that mean a lot to me. At the same time, I continue my work at the casino, where I host dance and entertainment shows — a festive world that allows me to express another side of myself. I love that diversity — going from a photoshoot to a live show keeps me inspired, vibrant, and constantly evolving. Moreover, I have also won several beauty pageants over the years. In my twenties, I was crowned Miss Quebec and competed in the Miss Canada pageant, where I placed sixth overall.
What expert advice would you give?
The best advice I could give is to stay true to yourself. In this industry, it’s easy to doubt or get lost in appearances, but real strength comes from authenticity. Fashion changes, trends come and go, but what never goes out of style is the truth of who you are. Believe in yourself, nurture your uniqueness, and above all, keep your passion alive — that’s what truly makes you shine, far more than any spotlight ever could.
