How do you introduce yourself?
I’m Alyssa Grassie, a reality TV personality, model, and influencer. I was featured on The Snake, which aired on Fox and Hulu. I use my platform to share lifestyle, fitness, and authentic content.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was a serious accident where I fell down the stairs and broke three bones in my spine. I spent time in a wheelchair and had to relearn how to walk, which was both physically and emotionally difficult. That experience forced me to slow down, adjust my life, and find strength I didn’t know I had. It changed my perspective and taught me resilience, patience, and gratitude—lessons that continue to shape who I am today.
What do people usually not know about you?
People often make assumptions about me based on how I look or my public presence, but they’re usually surprised to learn about my academic background. I earned a degree in chemical engineering with a minor in mathematics, and I also completed an associate degree before graduating high school. Education has always been important to me, and I take pride in balancing both intellect and creativity.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my optimism and open-mindedness. I approach challenges with the belief that things will work out—and if they don’t at first, I keep going until they do. I don’t take no as a final answer, and I’m always looking for ways to elevate myself, push past limitations, and dream bigger than what’s expected.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m focused on continuing to grow my platform and expand my presence in media, fitness, and brand collaborations. I have several exciting projects in the works that align with my values and long-term vision, and I’m intentionally exploring opportunities that allow me to evolve both personally and professionally.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Believe in yourself even when others don’t yet see your vision. Stay consistent, stay open-minded, and don’t let rejection stop you from moving forward. Growth comes from perseverance, self-belief, and being willing to evolve. If you keep showing up and doing the work, opportunities will follow.
