How do you introduce yourself?

I’m Aline Giampietro Trifonov — concert pianist, published author, educator, petite model and aerial artist. Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, I fell in love with the arts at a very young age and turned that passion into my life’s work. Today, I bring music and storytelling to the world through performance, teaching, and my children’s book, Maya and the Magic Piano Keys. My mission is simple: to inspire resilience and creativity.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

My journey has been filled with moments of resilience. As an immigrant, I had to start over and rebuild my life from the ground up — adapting to a new culture, language, and environment while pursuing a career in the arts. A decade ago, I also faced the heartbreak of divorce, which left me questioning my strength and doubting myself. But every hardship became a stepping stone. Music, movement, and community gave me the courage to rise again, and to rebuild my life with a stronger sense of self. Those struggles shaped me into who I am today: a woman who believes that our lowest points can become the foundation for our greatest growth.

What do people usually not know about you?

People often know me as a pianist and teacher, but few realize I’m also an aerialist. Training in aerial arts has given me new perspectives on artistry, courage, and discipline. Another part of me that surprises people is my passion for writing. Publishing Maya and the Magic Piano Keys was a dream come true — a way to blend storytelling and music to inspire children to find their own magic.

What sets you apart from others?

I don’t limit myself to a single stage or art form. My work lives at the intersection of music, movement, and storytelling. Whether I’m performing on the piano, training in aerial silks, or writing a children’s book, I see art as a limitless force for transformation. What sets me apart is my drive to keep evolving — constantly exploring new platforms, new challenges, and new ways to connect. For me, creativity isn’t static; it’s a living, breathing journey of reinvention.

What are your upcoming major events?

Right now, my focus is on preparing for competitions and submitting auditions for upcoming performances — both in piano and aerial arts. This season is about growth, pushing boundaries, and expanding my artistry in new directions. I’m also developing projects that fuse music, movement, and storytelling, with the mission of bringing art into unexpected spaces where it can uplift, heal, and inspire.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Never stop challenging yourself to grow. The path of creativity isn’t meant to be comfortable — it’s meant to stretch you. I’ve learned that resilience and artistry are built in those moments when you step into something unknown, whether that’s starting over, auditioning for something new, or daring to reinvent yourself. My advice is this: embrace the uncertainty, trust your inner voice, and let courage guide your next step. That’s where the real transformation happens.
