Nataliya Pogud is a Ukrainian doctor, entrepreneur, and founder of the well-known Pokhmurska Sisters’ Clinic, as well as a medical content creator with more than 132,000 YouTube subscribers. Amid the ongoing war in Ukraine, she has balanced caring for her three children, continuing to operate her medical center, and managing her husband’s business while he serves in the defense of the country. Beyond medicine and entrepreneurship, Nataliya has explored modeling, acting, travel, and numerous personal interests, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. With upcoming professional and personal ventures ranging from organizing car races to presenting research on Lyme borreliosis treatment, she continues to live by her belief that life is short and every opportunity should be embraced.

How do you introduce yourself?
First and foremost, I am a Ukrainian doctor. I am an entrepreneur, and the “Pokhmurska Sisters’ Clinic” is already a well-known brand in my country. My medical YouTube channel has over 132,000 subscribers.
Struggle — What hardships have you gone through in life?
The most difficult test at the moment for me, as for every Ukrainian, is an attack by Russia and a war that has been going on for many years. As soon as we were attacked, my husband volunteered to defend Ukraine’s borders from invaders. And with me 3 children remained with me. In addition, I had to take control and management of my husband’s business – a rest home in the Carpathians Rutahels. It’s very difficult considering that I have to continue to run my medical center. But you know Ukrainians not with face sewn, and not only stayed afloat, but even won and successfully implemented 2 grant projects for their business and on the life of my husband.
What do people usually not know about you?
Not all my followers know that I used to work as a model and also appeared in films (in minor roles). I have a lot of hobbies that not everyone is aware of either; I believe life is too short and I want to try new things, so my interests often change.
What sets you apart from others?
I am beautiful, strong , hardworking and talented. And even if everything is bad, I will always find something good and how to use it to achieve my goals.
What are your upcoming major events?
My life is full of interesting and diverse events. For instance, next weekend I am co-organising professional car races sanctioned by the Automobile Federation of Ukraine. They will take place at the Bukhivskyi Pass, near our holiday home in the Carpathians.
In October, I’m treating my best employee to a trip to Istanbul, where I’ve been invited as a guest on a TV show.
In November, I am participating in a medical conference, where I will present a paper on treating Lyme borreliosis using apitherapy.
What expert advice would you like to give?
I was seriously ill as a child and feared I would die young, missing out on seeing or experiencing life in its various forms and aspects. This drove me to learn new things, travel, and grow. I now realize that this was my most productive negative emotion. My advice is this: life really is very short. If we fail to seize the chances and opportunities life offers, we will inevitably regret it sooner or later. So, live in the moment and make the most of the time you have.
